With Sebastian there, hunting the Savanna Skulkers was going to be easier, as with him, they could smoke the creatures out.
"It wasn't like we didn't try," Leo said. Of course, he thought about it. "The problem was that the fire wasn't strong enough."
"How so?"
"Because the burrows were too deep. There was nowhere near enough grass to make a bigger fire and for the smoke to reach the creatures."
But with Sebastian around, things were going to be easier, because he could make enough fire to smoke the creatures out.
After having prepared to fight, the group picked up their stuff and left the area. They would not stay there since they had to move south.
