They ventured into another renowned Museum. Delilah, budding with enthusiasm, was captivated by the exhibits showcasing the city's rich history. She marveled at ancient artifacts and listened intently to her father's explanations, her mind buzzing with newfound knowledge.

Their second stop in C City was the bustling Central Park, a green oasis amidst the urban landscape. The vibrant colors of blooming flowers greeted them, and the air was filled with the sweet scent of freshly cut grass. Delilah skipped ahead, her laughter echoing through the park as she chased pigeons and admired the intricate designs of the flowerbeds.

They strolled along the winding paths, admiring the colorful flowerbeds and enjoying the gentle breeze. Delilah squealed with delight as they rode the carousel, her laughter echoing through the park. Chen Xiao followed closely, capturing every moment with his camera.

They made their way to the lively C City Market. The aroma of freshly baked bread and exotic spices filled the air, tempting their taste buds. They strolled through the stalls, sampling local delicacies and picking up souvenirs for grandma and Rigby back home. Delilah's eyes lit up as she discovered a handmade wooden doll, a perfect addition to her growing collection.

Lunch was a delightful affair at a cozy Italian restaurant, where they savored freshly made pasta and shared stories over steaming plates. The afternoon brought them to the bustling art district, where they wandered through galleries filled with vibrant paintings and sculptures. Delilah, inspired by the artistic atmosphere, sketched her own masterpiece in a nearby cafe, her creativity blossoming under her father's encouraging gaze.

As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the city, they made their way to the top of the Chen's company skyscraper. From this vantage point, they witnessed a breathtaking panorama of C City, the twinkling lights painting a magical scene below. Delilah, filled with awe, held her father's hand tightly, cherishing this moment of shared beauty.

Their day concluded with a heartwarming dinner at a traditional Chinese restaurant, where they indulged in delicious dumplings and shared stories of their favorite moments from the day.

With full hearts and tired bodies, they returned to the car. The drive back home was filled with a comfortable silence, each lost in their own thoughts, yet connected by the invisible thread of shared memories. As they pulled into the driveway, Chen Xiao turned to Delilah, a warm smile gracing his face.

"Thank you, Delilah," he said, his voice filled with emotion. "This was the best day ever."

Delilah returned his smile, her eyes sparkling with tears. "Thank you, Dad," she whispered. "I love you so much dad."

When they got into the house, Old madam Chen had already went to bed, so they went into their separate rooms. Delilah took her bath and have a maid bath for Rigby.

Though in her tired state, she packed for the military camp, it was a good idea that she wrote a note on the things she'll need before she went to bed last night.

When she was done packing, she charged her phone and climbed onto the bed. The moment her back hit the embrace of her soft bed, she knew there is no need to resist; she fell asleep immediately. The day was really fun but tiring.
