Amy turned her head and their eyes met, Delilah looked at Amy from her head to toe, she has a nice figure and her excessive makeup hid her true beauty, though it looks good on her, it is a little too much for a high school student.
Amy pranced towards Delilah with five girls behind her including the second school beauty, Yan Ruyi and Yang Roupang.
" Delilah, why didn't you buy the beans paste buns for Amy, she was left starved throughout the break….", Yang Roupang yelled.
Delilah's eyes narrowed, she raised a brow and a side of her lips curved up," How is that my fault? You could have bought it for her, couldn't you?" Delilah interrupted Yang Roupang, her voice held an incredible amount of provocation.
The girls gasped, even Amy was surprised," You….", was all Yang Roupang could say, the girls were dumbstruck.
How could the weak and gullible Delilah say such words to their faces? She would be cowering in fear and apologizing as Yang Roupang yelled.
" If there's nothing, I'll take my leave", said Delilah with a self-satisfied smile as she turned around to walk away. She'd only taken a step when she heard,
" Hey! Who do you think you are? How dare you say such to Amy's face?", one of the girls yelled.
Delilah turned around, she raised a brow with a sneering expression," Whose face?", she scoffed, there was no iota of fear in her eyes or expression.
The girls turned dumb from shock again," What d-do you mean who-whose face!" Yang Roupang yelled at her.
" You heard me….", said Delilah but was interrupted by another girl.
" Stop it, you're just being an attention seeker. Is this how you repay the good Amy has done for you?" said the girl.
Delilah laughed coldly, she looked at the girls one after the other, her eyes were bone chilling that it sent shivers down their spines.
" Learn to think before you speak", she responded. She took one last icy look at the girls before she turned around to leave.
As she was going, someone grabbed her by the shoulder, yanked her back and raised her hand to slap her, but before Amy's hand could touch her, someone seized her by the wrist, the girls including Delilah's eyes rounded.
