Chapter 290 - Prophecy

Jules' pov

 

 

        I watched as flames licked at Blaze's skin, but it wasn't hurting him. It almost felt like he was a part of the flames, like they respected him enough to not dare scald his skin. The fire didn't hurt me as well which I believed is also because of him. As he morphed into his human form, I held my breath and stared on with nervousness. 

 

When his human form stood before me after a few moments, it felt like I died and woke up.

 

In the past six months, I has imagined this happening, in my dreams, I had imagined how it was gonna go down between us when we'd meet again, but I never imagines that it would go down like this.

 

A sob caught in my throat the more I kept staring at him. He was just like i remembered. Throughout the past six months, all I had with me was pictures and the memories in my head. But even that got tiring at a point because they were never enough.
