I glanced up at the sky for a few moments before scrubbing my hand across my face. My skin felt tight and uncomfortable, I didn't like feeling this way at all.
I'm supposed to be with my mate right now, but instead, I'm out here, waiting on cousin to show up.
Not Kai, a different cousin.
When I got the text from him last night, I had been unsure it was him at first, but after confirming it was him, I still felt confused as to why he suddenly wanted to see me.
Kendrick is one of the cousins of mine i only saw a couple of times throughout my entire life, because he wasn't exactly someone to be proud of.
He was Kai's elder and only brother, but it wasn't a surprise that they didn't get along at all. Kendrick was always rebellious, I've heard a lot about how irresponsible and reckless he is since he was a child. He was a complete opposite of his younger brother, Kai.
