Kim's pov
I pulled up the hoodie of Xander's hoodie and shoved my hands into my pockets, head downcast as I walked down the street of Xander's house.
Since I got to know Xander four years ago, I've only been to his house a handful of times, and that was because we usually spend most of our time in school.
As a part of the special students, I'd also have to return back to school today, and I wasn't looking forward to it like I was supposed to, because of the task that lies ahead for me.
As if he could read my mind, a text came in from Blaze in the next moment. I stiffened as I opened my phone and glanced over the text. It was a simple message of him asking me to come see him tomorrow so we could work a schedule out.
That was indication enough that he really wanted to start babysitting Jules. Could my life get any worse than it already is?
