After celebrating Tai Wong's birthday, on a whim, Caishen decided to take his wife on a date. Now that he had the use of his legs back, there was so much they could do which they couldn't do before.
He had learned from Jin Kang that Alix loved skating, especially during winter. She had not gone skating this particular winter out of consideration for him so he took her to winter wonderland and even surprised her with a pair of new skates.
She admired the light pink skates with a smile. "Ho! you are really good at keeping secrets. Where have you been hiding these?"
"In the car." he answered proudly.
He held both of the skates in one hand one of her hands with the other.
"Do you want to walk around and see the ice sculptures first?"
