"That means you are still going to visit." Holea said softly. She sounded a little disappointed.
Alix had known her friend long enough to know what she desired. Holea wanted her to put everything Lin in the rear view mirror and keep driving in the direction of the sunrise.
"Not necessarily. I don't need to come in person to visit and punish them when i can send someone else. I really and truly am done with the Lin's. I don't need baggage like that when i am preparing for my happily ever after."
From now on, Majesty would take care of the Lin family. As long as he didn't kill them he would have free reign to do as he pleased. She lowered the window of the car slightly and stuck her nose outside, sipping her milkshake slowly, she smiled. Memories of her mother surfaced in her mind.
