More shocked than Alix at the extravagance of the Tai family in welcoming Alix was Caishen. When he saw the golden statue, he scoffed and shook his head.
It was all gold, pure gold which was worth millions. If anybody had been doubting the love old man Tai had for Alix, they would not be doing so anymore after seeing the statue.
