As they entered the dimly lit chamber, they noticed a figure leaning against the wall, arms crossed. He was a rugged-looking warrior with a mischievous glint in his eye. A scar above his left eyebrow and a silver earring in the shape of a snake added to his roguish charm.
"Who are you?" Vile asked, his hand on the hilt of his sword.
"I'm Ethan," the warrior replied with a lazy grin. "And you are...?"
Alex stepped forward. "We're on a quest to find the Cosmic Force. Vile here thought you were the first member."
Ethan chuckled. "Me? Ha! I'm no hero. Just a wandering warrior looking for a good fight. And maybe a bit of treasure on the side."
Kira narrowed her eyes. "What brings you to this place?"
Ethan shrugged. "Heard rumors of a powerful artifact hidden somewhere in these ruins. Thought I'd check it out. Maybe use it to my advantage."
Vile's eyes widened. "Artifact? What kind of artifact?"
Ethan's grin grew wider. "Ah, that's for me to know and you to find out. But I'll give you a hint: it's something that could change the course of our world."
Alex's eyes sparkled with interest. "That sounds like exactly what we're looking for. Will you join us?"
Ethan snorted. "Join you? Ha! I'm a lone wolf. But I might be willing to... cooperate. For a price."
Kira raised an eyebrow. "What do you want in return?"
