Frederic is the son of Gerald Violet the leader of Darkgold, his father is a self-employed ruler for District 12. Darkgold has a trained military training for all of the organization members accustomed to killing people. At the age of 12 Frederic already had his first kill which is innocent people. The people in the organization have already been brainwashed by promising to be placed in the field of reeds when they die. With that being planted in their life, Darkgold has a soldier who doesn't fear death.
Well, Frederic is very rigid in following the Darkgold code and principle. His father feels very proud of him seeing how he can seed fear feeling to the district 12 civilian. Killing for the sake of organization has been something that Frederic can do without hesitation. But why? Why does he suddenly fight back against his father due to the fact he's been following the principle all through the years?
It is simple.
Because of love.
love can change human emotions and actions including someone as heartless as Frederic.
"What did you think, you ever have a chance in defeating me Frederic" (Gerald)
His father countered his fist by slamming his face to the wall. Gerald already seems like he has a superhuman strength incomparable to a normal human. This fight seems one-sided. As he punches consecutively to Frederic's body, he becomes hopeless but his will and spirit never fade because the hatred that he feels for the first time towards his father is so high.
"You've become weak my son! All because of a peasant woman! You have the potential to be the sidekick for the Dark Lord's arrival but your resolve has been diminished because of women. Now you are just a mere rat in my eyes." (Gerald)
"F u Father!! May you rot in hell. You- you kill her" (Frederic)
"Imbecile! You shall join with her sooner."
Without mercy, Gerald punched his 'beloved son' rib cage making it broken and breaking his hand. Frederic's breath fades gradually. As his will to fight doesn't end, he walks slowly to his father with a face full of hatred.
"I'm- I'm gonna kill you father." (Frederic)
Upon the pain he felt, Frederic coughed up blood and fainted. His vision becomes blurry and it gradually turns dark.
"Troop! Throw this body to the Red Sea! Don't let his body rot in my land. He doesn't deserve it. A failed project!" (Gerald)
The guards following his father's order pick up the body and throw it to the Red Sea. Once a respected person in the organization now on their eye he is nothing. A wasted potential.
*Beep *Beep *Beep
"Doctor! The patient seems moving. It is such a miracle! His injury should be fatal but he managed to get up!"
"What! Such a miracle, what a blessing from God"
"What?! Why am I alive?! Why do you save me?! Why?! I want to die! I want to die!" (Frederic)
Frederic Do seems like a God favorite, he is lucky after his body is thrown at the Red Sea, his body stranded at District 5. Due to people's kindness in District 5, they rush to save him. Awake in disbelief, he just wants to die. He wants to be with his lover. The doctor comforts him saying his being alive must mean he has a purpose and that he should be carried.
"I love her! I just wanna be with her again!" (Frederic)
"Oh poor child, I don't know what happens to you or your lover. But I guess your being alive must have another purpose. Perhaps living the life that she wants from you?" (Doctor)
"Life? Life? She was my purpose now."
Frederic cried out loud expressing his feeling of emptiness and uselessness, he couldn't do anything to bring her back to him. The doctor leaves some room for him in the ward.
"For now, I refuse to associate myself with weapons anymore."
Now at the present day,
He only broke his promise recently to protect Tony from Shubael.
