Jamis real intention was to shoot Jin in the head. But Jin managed to block the 7mm-08 by instinct. Still, the bullet pierced through the arm to the chest as he backed off. A clean hit to the center of the chest, but Jin was able to somehow stand on his two feet.
"I should've known, that he also is wearing a bulletproof vase." Jamis sees Jin through the bullet hole he just made on the wall. And then decided to shoot Jin again after he pulled the bolt. Jin anticipated Jamis's next shot by instinct as he protected himself with the paper blanket that worked as a bulletproof blanket itself.
As the second went by, Jamis saw something fly from the door beside him, deviating its direction to him. Jamis's keen eyes caught sight of the paper shuriken as he evaded them. Along with a few paper planes, Jamis evades those paper planes as he takes another shot at Jin.
The bullet was once again blocked by the paper blanket. The sound of a bullet drop can be heard hitting the floor. Jamis also takes another shot to Jin's leg. The shot is hit, pierced through the bone and flesh of Jin's leg.
"Let me tell you this, you may hide under those papers, but you can't hide yourself." Jamis takes another shot, the bullet hits the blanket. But also, hit the hand that's holding it. Jin's hand was hit by the bullet through the blanket, making it paralyzed and numb as he dropped the paper blanket. Which also how Jin was left defenseless to Jamis.
*BANG!*
The bullet hit right to Jin's forehead as he lay on his back. Even so, Jamis for one reason, knew Jin's still alive as he reloaded his Remington 700. As soon as Jamis finishes reloading, he takes another shot at Jin. Jamis's high reaction sight caught something small in the bullet's way.
"Get up old man, I knew you're not fucking dead yet."
"Well well, I for one must acknowledge you. It seems your knowledge was able to help you in this fight."
"Yeah, I know a dead body when I see one, animal or not. And you, I can't believe you just wrap my bullet how you wrap Ryuma with that paper."
"Oh, I'm surprised you can see that. Truthfully, blocking is easier than trapping that bullet. But trapping them causes confusion to opponents when they acknowledge that I've yet to leave this world. But, I may never be able to trick someone with high awareness like you." Jin only has one arm that's functioning since the other has a hole in it.
Jamis, standing on the other side of the wall, 'somehow acknowledged' Jin's action when he threw the paper dagger onto the wall. Jin didn't stop there as he threw multiple daggers on the different parts of the wall. Jamis noticed the crack in the wall made by every dagger.
(I see what's he trying to do.)
Second later, the cracked wall has been destroyed as it collapsed on Jamis's side. Jin, uses his paper sword technique that's been imbued with mana to destroy the wall that's blocking the two. But, Jamis was still standing among the collapsed rubble, covered in dust. When Jin realized it, Jamis was still holding his weapon.
*BANG!*
Second later, the bullet hit. Right on the manubrium bone which is located right below the throat. As Jin was hit by the bullet, the blood spewed out from his mouth.
"That bullet is meant to hit the throat, but I guess the recoil does exist. You definitely thought I was gonna aim for the head, aren't you? I told you, I'm the type to take the advantage." Jin only stares at Jamis who's pulled the bolt of his sniper rifle. Then Jamis aims the barrel toward Jin's head.
But at the same time, Jamis noticed the figure who tried to attack him from the side and dodged her attack. One batch of line, Jamis dodged sideways. Second batch of Lines, Jamis jumped over it. Third batch of Lines, Jamis backflip as he evades it.
Jamis's foot hadn't reached the ground as he aimed the sniper rifle towards Line instead, the one who tried to attack him. The bullet was shot and went past multiple lines, but then it was cut in half right in front of Line's face.
"Heh, you're 10 years too young to hit me with that toy, boy." Provoke Line with her smug face.
"I'm sorry that I'm indeed too young for you. I really, can't wait for myself to reach for your age too." But Jamis's words hit harder when he talks about age to Line.
"Tch, don't get ahead of yourself!" The pink line went to Jamis in a huge number, almost like a tsunami.

A while ago...
"Ugh, where the hell am I right now?! It's dark and narrow in here!" Ryuma, get up inside the closed, tight space. The wall is squeezing him as time passes. But the fact that the wall is soft is the reason why Ryuma is able to breathe even if it's hard.
"I remember, I got wrapped and when I opened my eyes, I was inside here weren't I?" At the same time, Ryuma can hear the sound of a gun firing nearby.
"There's the sound of a gunshot, is that what happened out there? Kuh, I need to get out of here..." Ryuma tried to rip apart the wall that was made of paper, but it was no use. Ryuma can see the fire slowly burn the wall that was imbued with mana. Soon after, Ryuma can feel his body pulled towards the hole as if it were pulled by a vacuum.

Ryuma smiled with relief as he managed to escape from the prison Jin just put him in.
