Ayla was bored to death since Hayden was nowhere to keep her busy and occupied. She went to the garden and helped tend to the flowers as she let time pass because she had nothing to do. She was resting in the swing in the garden when the housekeeper arrived and stood before her.
"Miss, I'm going grocery shopping. Do you want to come with me?"She carefully asked. Was she scared that she would offend her? Ayla inwardly wondered. However, seeing her eyes shining with anticipation, Ayla decided to accompany her.
"Sure, let's go. Just a moment. " She needed to change into something clean. She hurriedly did that , and the two left together.
Ayla felt happy since she had nothing to do at home. Moreover, grocery shopping sounded fun. The last time she did grocery shopping with someone was when her mother was still alive. It hurt her so much when she thought about it. However, she cheered up. She didn't want anything that would dampen the mood at the moment .
