"It is you're choice to believe it or don't. In either case, what was told to you was only for your ears to hear and no one else's. And believe me, humans may lie and cheat but spirits never does."
Teresa desperately wanted to erase what she just said from her mind and go back to that small second where she thought she was indeed lying and no such thing as death hung dangling over her head anymore.
Unfortunately, Teresa didn't see any lies or ulterior motive for the gypsy to be lying to her right now.
If the gypsy was only after money she didn't ask her any last night, which was another point negative for the fake theory.
Her ominous warning reverberated throughout.
"It was a force I have never felt before. I think whatever it was, you should be cautious. I have no reason to lie to you child, there is nothing you can give me. So I think you should heed to the words you heard thru me at that moment."
Seeing the fear coming back in the girl's wide blue eyes, Isadora's gaze softened and she reached forward to grab her hand in comfort and support.
The next second, Isadora jerked her hand back as if she saw something horrifying and nestled it close to her chest.
This only caused Teresa to freak out further to the point where she was close to feeling moisture pooling in her eyes.
"Someone is coming. Something will be here very soon. Run child, run..." Isadora whispered slow yet quickly as the advice she wanted to give after what she saw. "But you can't outrun him. You can't hide from him." she said more to herself than to Teresa.
Teresa took steps backwards, tears now full on springing to her eyes. The fears she felt were all but fortified now and instead of finding answers she was all the more horrified.
Teresa's feet hurriedly made way to the door to jump out and run just like the gypsy told her to.
"Wait! I saw something else too! A piece of paper... it held something that is important..."
Halting in her pace, her tears dripping eyes moved back to Isadora waiting for her to clear up more.
Hope, that she would say that piece of paper would hold the answer to how to get out of this situation and go back to living her life oblivious, was making her stay for a few more minutes in this place that felt was now caving in on her, suffocating her.
Isadora walked in quick steps to her and said in clear firm voice so she wouldn't mistake it. There wasn't much she could do for this poor girl, for the spirits have spoken and they are rarely -if not ever- wrong.
If they say death is after her, no one can save her now. All she can do for her now, is help her make sense of the situation and if telling her everything she saw in that small jolt of contact with her, is going to help her, then tell her she will.
"Belnades. I saw this name, proud and prominent. Belnades... I don't know how much help this is going to be for you but I think you should start from there. And if there is anything else that comes to me, I will let you know, child." She pressed her hand on her shoulder in showing her support.
"How- How will you know where I am?" Teresa asked after her offer to help her if she can. But she never told her anything about herself, not even her name.
"Teresa Winthrope, age 25, height 5'2, weight 48, you're parents died when you were 12... You want me to continue?" she smiled looking at Teresa's wide eyes.
"I saw you coming before you even got close to that door. I told you, there isn't much that I don't know. Which is also why you have to be extremely cautious, Teresa, because I don't know what is going to happen to you. The spirits are quiet as if they are too scared to speak..."
Her haunting words made Teresa's heart constrict against her chest painfully tight.
"You can call me, Isadora."
