Sylanwood, Path toward Diremaw, Time: 7:30 AM

James and the rest of The Lucky Inquisitor embarked on their journey to Diremaw, leaving Autumndusk behind and venturing into new territory.

The air around them felt different, crisper, and fresher, indicating they were in a new environment.

"Isn't this place amazing?" Mianne exclaimed, her eyes wide with wonder as she took in the sights around her.

The landscape was dotted with tall coniferous trees, their branches adorned with pinecones of various sizes.

The ground beneath their feet was covered in a carpet of autumn leaves, painting the terrain in hues of orange and gold.

Ace walked alongside, his steps deliberate as he surveyed their surroundings. "It's like stepping into a different world," he mused, his tone a mix of awe and fascination.

The tranquility of the forest enveloped them, and for a moment, it felt as if time had slowed down.

Ezra, ever the observant one, crouched down to examine some of the pinecones scattered across the forest floor.

"These pinecones seem unique, almost like they've been enchanted," he remarked, his curiosity piqued. "I wonder if they hold any magical properties."

"It feels just like autumn," James marveled, his gaze filled with wonder as he surveyed the landscape around them.

The transition from their home country of Ulvala, with its vibrant and grassy terrain, to the crisp and leaf-strewn landscape of Sylanwood was indeed a remarkable change.

With every step they took, the gentle crunch of orange leaves beneath their shoes resonated, a soothing symphony of nature's music.

Mianne nodded in agreement, her excitement evident as she twirled in a small circle, her skirt billowing like the falling leaves around her.

"I love this season! It's like the world is putting on a different coat of colors," she exclaimed, her eyes dancing with the sheer joy of the moment.

Ezra, ever the pragmatic one, paused to examine the foliage around them, his analytical mind intrigued by the changing environment.

"The shift in the ecosystem is quite remarkable. The temperature drop and the change in foliage color suggest that Sylanwood experiences a more distinct seasonal cycle," he commented, his observation drawing nods of agreement from the others.

As they walked further down the path toward Diremaw, a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose united the members of The Lucky Inquisitor.

The forest around them seemed to come alive with the whispering of the wind through the leaves and the occasional rustling of small creatures in the underbrush.

Unbeknownst to The Lucky Inquisitor, Sugar's Enterprise kept a watchful eye from a distance.

They were concealed within their distinctive golden wagon, aptly named The Golden Captain.

Inside the wagon, the members of Sugar's Enterprise were gathered, each playing their part in this covert operation.

November sat at a small console, her focus fixed on the live feed being transmitted by her loyal bird companion, The Watcher JR (trademark).

With practiced precision, she manipulated the controls, adjusting the angles and zoom to capture the best views of The Lucky Inquisitor's journey.

"They're still observing their surroundings," November reported, her voice carrying a mix of intrigue and curiosity.

She was impressed by the camaraderie and determination displayed by the members of The Lucky Inquisitor, unaware that they were being closely monitored.

Sugar reclined on a plush seat, his hat pulled low to shadow his eyes. His mind was a whirlwind of thoughts and strategies, piecing together the puzzle that had been set in motion.

He remained silent, his contemplative expression betraying the intensity of his focus.

Dy'va leaned against the side of the wagon, his arms crossed and a playful grin tugging at his lips. "Well, well, ain't this a sight to see? Our little adventurers, marching through the unknown," he mused, his eyes glinting with amusement.

Rosco, his ever-stoic demeanor unchanged, stood by the window, occasionally casting a glance at the unfolding scene. His silent presence held a sense of reassurance for the rest of the team.

Toodies, with his characteristic curiosity, fidgeted with a small device in his hand, occasionally looking up to November's console to catch glimpses of the live feed.

"Hey, November, do you think they have any idea we're tagging along?" he asked, his voice filled with both excitement and uncertainty.

November shook her head, her attention still focused on her task. "Doubtful. The Watcher is well-hidden, and we've made sure to maintain a safe distance. As far as they know, they're on their own."

"Oh, just think of all the possibilities The Sacred Frontiers could offer us! I'll be swimming in a sea of wealth!" Sugar exclaimed, his eyes glinting with a mixture of excitement and ambition.

He indulged in his daydream, imagining himself perched atop a towering mountain of gold and riches.

November's lips curved into a smile as she glanced at Sugar, her loyalty and dedication evident in her response. "Whatever it takes, professors. We're here to support your vision," she affirmed, her commitment unwavering.

The members of Sugar's Enterprise were united by a common goal, ready to fulfill Sugar's aspirations and break free from the constraints that had bound them.

As Sugar's daydream unfolded, November's attention remained on her console, her fingers deftly maneuvering the controls to ensure The Watcher captured every moment of The Lucky Inquisitor's journey.

"Rest assured, we'll be their silent danger," Rosco reassured, his deep voice carrying a sense of assurance. His presence, as always, was a source of strength for the team.

Toodies grinned mischievously, chiming in with a playful comment. "Oh, I can't wait to see you counting all that money, teacher!"

Sugar's attention shifted from his daydream to the newspaper, the newest release that detailed the events surrounding King Morgan's demise and the emergence of their group.

His eyes scanned the headlines, and a proud smile tugged at his lips.

"Well, well, it looks like we've officially stepped into the spotlight!" he exclaimed, his voice tinged with a mix of satisfaction and excitement.

The other members of Sugar's Enterprise gathered around to get a glimpse of the newspaper, their expressions reflecting a combination of surprise and gratification.

November's gaze was fixed on the print, and she noted the name that had been given to their group. "They're calling us 'S Enterprise,' instead of 'Sugar's Enterprise,'" she observed, a hint of annoyance in her tone.

"Well, everyone has to start somewhere, right? They might have misspelled it as 'S Enterprise'," Sugar commented, a touch of frustration in his voice. He couldn't help but feel a bit irked that their official name didn't make it to the news as he had envisioned.

With renewed curiosity, Sugar delved further into the article, his gaze focused on the words before him.

As he read on, his eyes widened in disbelief, and the shock was evident in his voice as he exclaimed, "WHATTTTTTTTTTT?!"

The unexpected revelation left him utterly stunned, his thoughts racing to process the startling information.

Nick Crowell, his brother-in-law, had joined the ranks of the Archsentinel, a development that Sugar had never seen coming.

The implications of this revelation were profound, the unexpected twist adding another layer of complexity to their already intricate situation.

As Sugar grappled with the surprising news, his mind raced, trying to piece together the motives and intentions behind Nick's decision.
