It was a warm evening when Miden sat at the same café he had when he first visited the land. In the same peasent cloths that he had wore when he came here for the first time and with the same enthusiasm on his face as he looked out of the window, seemingly waiting for someone.
"Waiting for someone?" the owner placed the cup on his table, another one of the black coffee.
Miden nodded in reply and lifted up the cup to his mouth.
"Yes, for someone special."
"Is that so?" he continued.
"Indeed it is." Miden took a sip out of the cup and then placed the cup down looking out of the window at the buzy bazzar. A strange scilence haunted his mind.
As they talked, there was a small rumble outside of the cafe. The tables began to shake.
Miden exactly knew what was to come. It was something that he had called for. His face was covered with a small bit of worry, that could be ignored.
Before the café, suddenly, raced a chariot on the entrance. It was of the noble kind. Somehow it was a heavy pressure building in the air for this.
Then from the chariot descended a man with an elegant white beard and with an emotionless face, that some would call quite wicked. With the outfit of a demon noble insted of one that Miden was used to, descended A.M. Blackbane.
It was a meanacing view there. The demon had quite the prescence that had made the air around heavy to breath, that was for some people. The ground seemed to quack at every one of his steps, as he ever so slowly and gently walked into the café.
The owner at this point was still around with Miden. His eyes widened to see the demon, and especially the prescence he had brought along. It was not the same for Miden as he was used to seeing him in a Butler's dress.
He indeed was a noble, no mistaking that. He was just a noble who had pledged his life to serve the demon king, for reasons that were completely unknown to Miden. At first he thought it was pure loyalty but it is not. There is a different cause for this. Tough it is unknow.
He approached the seat with a serious face as he glanced towards Miden at first and then his eyes shifted towards the café owner. At this sign he took no town to bow his head awkwardly. Trying his best to not embarrass himself because he had felt fright at the moment.
"Why don't you get my friend here a cup of black coffee?" said Miden glancing towards the owner. He bowed in acceptence and took a step back to leave.
"Don't." called the Demon, "I don't want one right now."
Then he looked towards Miden, "My lord."
"Oh, come now." came the reply from the prince, "Don't criticise a place before you try it out at least. Can't you be polite at least?"
Blackbane nodded at this and then again looked towards the café owner.
"I will have one, please."
The owner bowed at once and then turned around and left the place.
"Have a seat, Blackbane." said Miden.
Blackbane took a seat and then his face became more serious than it was. He looked towards Miden.
"Shall we talk out the bisuness, my lord?"
Hearing this Miden's face twisted into a serious expression as well, almost at the same intensity as Blackbane's.
"What did you find?" he asked.
"This is quite serious, that it is." he said as the tapped his feet on the ground.
"Continue."
"Twilight." he started, "I belive that's what you wrote. This is an organisation."
"An organisation?" Miden raised an eyebrow and took another sip of his coffee.
"Yes. One that is devoted to slay the demon king. That is what I know."
Miden's eyes widened at this statement and there was a shock running through his mind that did not show on his face.
"To kill the demon king? What does that mean?"
"Yes" he nodded, "They are devout to kill the demon king. They are especially powerful, for what I know. They call themselves the 'knights' and they are known by themselves as 'the one who serve justice to the world."
"Blackbane. Where did you get this information?" Miden asked hastily.
"From you're father, of course." he smiled.
"Eleborate." Miden commanded in a serious voice. With a voice that had turned dry at his words.
"Twilight. That is only the part of the name. They are called 'Twilight Avec Un Falling Sun. That is what your father told me at least. Remember when I told you it was quite serious."
Miden nodded.
"Because they were disbanded by your father. Each and every member of this, should already be dead. All of them should have died a long time ago."
Miden considered the statement and thought for a while.
"Does that mean someone that was from the crew or someone that knew about it started it again."
"That is what we thought." he nodded again, "That is not the case now. You remember the knight that you described" - he shew Miden the letter that he had sent and Miden nodded- "Well, your father says that he resembles someone that he had killed. In short what I'm trying to say is that he is someone that came back from the dead."
Midens ears searched for more meaning in what they had heard and we're trying to prosses what had just been said. But it did not take him long to know what it was. He knew people could come back from dead but he did not know that someone had figured it out.
"Well," he placed his empty cup on the table while the owner came with a cup for Blackbane. "this is quite serious. I will have to look trough it."
Blackbane picked up the cup and took a sip, as he noticed a smile forming in Miden's face.
"Why do you smile?" he questioned.
"How pitiful, don't you think, Blackbane?" he called with the smile still on his face. "They died once by my father and now that will be slain in an even worse way."
Blackbane was surprised. His glanced towards his smile carefully and saw an image of the his young father in him. He would have smiled but he decided not to.
He finished his coffee and placed the cup down on the table and the bid farewell to his prince. Before doing so, he approached the owner, both of them.
"It was a good cup of coffee. I haven't had some in a while. Thank you."
Both of them were surprised. They took no time and bowed their heads to him.
"We thank you for your kind words." they said in a chorus.
Blackbane left with a smile on his face and the charioteer noticed that Blackbane was laughing in the seat. He had never seen this form of Blackbane before. He said nothing about it.
The evening sun was starting to fall as Blackbane exited the market and the air was starting to blow cold. He could already see the Northern Star shining in the ar with all the brightness.
It was somewhat of a comfert to a distant travaller, tracing his way back to the home he had come from and so was the case for the travalling Blackbane, who later took stay in an inn.
Blackbane looked up in the air as he saw the bright lights of moon reaching him and the cost environment had calmed him down.
He sat on the chair and purchase a jug of bee as he sat comfertably in the chair
"Like father, like son." he laughed drinking his beer.
"What a pair."
