Lyle kept crying in the carriage and I did not utter a single word as I could feel his regret on his sobs. He did everything because he thought I changed and he was afraid that my changes would bring a mess and fear to everyone.
I could not blame him but I did try to tell him that I will forgive him if he went back at me a little earlier, now, there is nothing for us to do.
"Leave, Lyle, there is nothing for us to do." I said, he looked up into me and I saw his reddish eyes with his tears. "Even if you regret anything, this is already been made. I would not stop even if you tried to fight against me. This is the result I have been wanting for all of my life." He did not said anything however, I could tell on his eyes that he was agreeing.
Before he left, he took a deep breath "I am such a fool..." He said before he left. When he left I closed my eyes and let everything I have been holding.
