I dropped my sword and went in front of her, her eyes lightened up "Do you think I will kill you?" I asked her. She was intently staring at me and did not answer me. I kneeled and held both her hands, "Why would I kill you? I told you I would save you." Softly I spoke to her.
She cried while squeezing both in my hand "I was terrified when you put that sword onto me." I mentally rolled my eyes and sighed.
"Abelard," I called and stood up "Please, escort the princess, I am sure she was tired, let her rest." I ordered him and he was standing and did not do anything, as it was he was confused on why I did not kill Laura.
I just stared at him and he did come up, "Lock her up in the Emerald Palace" I whispered when he was standing next to me.
"Yes, Milady" he answered and took Laura's hand. "As for now, I am sure that your brother will be at the Palace, for the meantime I want you to stay silent on the Emerald Palace." I told her and she nodded.
