I'm surprised by how understanding Lana is tonight. Normally, we can barely stand each other without tension bubbling up, but here we are, talking about random things like we're almost… friends. It's strange, but for once, it's nice not to have to watch my back with her.
Margaret is still a huge problem, but we've got her under control for now. Zayn, Chris, Candy, and I are closing in on her, knowing she's been pulling strings and scheming. And now, with Price acting suspicious, it's hard to trust anyone fully. Zack's behavior hasn't made things any easier either; he's crossed boundaries, and it feels dangerous.
For now, I need to take a moment and check on my kids before heading to bed. The nightmare I had earlier still lingers, but at least the kids are safe, and maybe… just maybe, Lana and I can manage not to tear into each other for once.
