I look at all the people in front of me and say.
"Trouble is brewing from the north, and they are about to march here. Tyrosh and Myr are preparing to attack us and are about to march from the north. Tyrosh will be the one attacking us from the Sea, and Myr will attack us from the land. Myr will be the first one to attack us, and Tyrosh will launch a surprise attack by cutting through the strait between Stellaris and Gurlian City."
I take a seat and say.
"What do you think we should do?"
Admiral Harlan of the Navy and General Willem of the Army look at me. I look at Harlan and say.
"Harlan, start with you."
"Yes, Your Highness! I suggest we create a blockade on the northern front to welcome them with our navy. We can use them as a supply chain and reinforcement to attack the incoming army from the flank. We can also attack Tyrosh before they can set sail toward us."
I shake my head and say.
"No, we should not attack them first. We don't have enough reason to attack them. We are a new kingdom and don't want a bigger alliance attacking us, at least not yet. We can do a counterattack, but we cannot attack them without a good reason. We cannot use what our spy finds as an excuse."
I take a deep breath and continue.
"That is why we cannot attack them first. You don't need to worry. We will attack them later, but not now."
I look at Willem and say.
"Tell me what you have, General Willem."
The older man nods his head and says.
"If we are using the first plan from Harlan, then we can go on an offensive rather than only do a defensive. We can put the ship to create a bridge between Stellaris and Gurlian to transport troops. However, we need them to siege the city first before we can use this plan. We need to do this fast because we don't want to alert the people on the land. I suggest we set sail a day after the people from Myr besieged Gurlian."
I nod my head and say.
"We will use that plan. What about the defense in Gurlian City?"
"We have two thousand men ready to fight in Gurlian City. We have two hundred cavalry, one thousand archers, and eight hundred infantry."
I nod and say.
"We have another one thousand and five hundred more in here. We can send seven hundred men to flank the enemies using the plan. Can you handle them with only two thousand men, Willem?"
"Leave them to me, Your Highness. They will not breach the wall."
"Very well. Also, I need you to use the new invention. We need to test the scorpion on the battlefield, and this is the perfect chance for it."
"We will use it to the best of our ability. They will not see it coming."
"Great."
I look at Harlan and say.
"Prepare the ship to set sail at any given moment. We need them to be ready. You and the others will depart when the enemy besieges Gurlian city."
"Yes, Your Highness."
I look to the side and say.
"Jaqen."
At my word, a young man with two hair colors walked forward and said,
"Your Highness?"
"I need you and your people to know how many of them are coming here. I need the exact number. I also need you to report on their equipment. I want to know the number of their horses, weapons, and armor. Information is power, and I want all that power in this incoming war."
"I shall complete your will, Your Highness."
I nod and say.
"Good. With this, the meeting is done. Go and complete your assignment."
"Yes, Your Highness!"

|3rd POV|
"What is it? Tell me what you want to say, and let me go have fun."
Robert sits on a chair while looking at the other members of the small council. Jon Arryn releases a sigh and says.
"Our estimated Master of Whisper has news for you, Robert."
"Hmmm? What is it? Out with it already."
Varys only smiles at the rude words and says.
"I received news from Essos, Your Highness. It is news from Lys or Solaris Kingdom."
At the mention of Solaris Kingdom, Robert looks at him seriously, and his eyes burn with hatred.
"What is it?"
"Myr and Tyrosh are recruiting many mercenaries to attack the Solaris Kingdom."
"Oh? Out with it! Tell me all of it."
"Of course, Your Highness. My little birds tell me a wind of war is coming at the Solaris Kingdom. At the moment, about five thousand men were marching from Myr and another one thousand and five hundred men from Tyrosh. I hear it will be a week or two before they start marching from their home. I'm not a master of arms, but I wonder if you are going to take this chance."
Varys whispers those words to Robert's ears because he needs something to increase the chance of the Black Dragon winning in this game. He is worried about how the Red Dragons are growing at a very fast rate, and he knows that if he does not do anything, the Black Dragon cannot match the power of the Red Dragon.
He needs to fan the flame of war to stall time for the Black Dragon to grow stronger.
"Tch. As much as I want to march to war, I cannot."
Robert glares at his foster father and continues.
"However, that doesn't mean we cannot help them."
Robert looks at his brother, and with a frown on his face, he says.
"Stannis. I need you to raise your army. I will give you five thousand men from Crownsland for you to command alongside your men from Dragonstone. Go and capture those dragon bastards, dead or alive."
Stannis wants to reject the order, but his sense of duty overwhelms the sense of anger in his heart. He only nods and says.
"I will depart in two days."
"Good. Don't disappoint me this time, brother. This is your last chance."
Stannis only grits his teeth at another insult his brother throws at him.
"It is a shame that I cannot kill them myself, but hanging their heads in front of the throne will do."
Robert gets up and says.
"I will leave now. I have unfinished business with the whore I hire."
