"Did you hear from Vincent?" he asked. "He said he might come after his date with Fil."
"They're on a date?"
"Is that a surprise? It's not like they don't have dates." Anton remarked sarcastically. "Did you make up now?"
Marcus ran his tongue across his inner cheek and mixed his drinks. "It's not like I'm the one who needed to apologize."
