Meanwhile, in the general hospital where Felix Hale was admitted.
Felix was leaning against the headboard, feeling a lot better now. Raul was sitting on the chair near the bed, staring at his boss, who had been quietly staring out the window.
"Sir, what are you thinking?" Raul asked after a long silence.
"Rebecca," said Felix in a weak and coarse voice. "I had a dream, Raul."
Raul, his assistant, raised his brows. "What kind of dream, sir?"
"Rebecca." Again, that was all Felix said, as if that would explain everything.
After a momentary pause, he continued. "She's the one who gave Fil her name. I dreamt about that time she chose that name."
Wasn't Fil named after Felix?
Raul had always thought that was how they got the name Fil.
"I was reminded Rebecca said… that's what our child wanted to be called," Felix shared as if he could still see that dream replaying right in front of him.
