Please read the whole thing and tell me what you think, because depending on your answers, I may unpublish this story.
Sorry, everyone, for not updating the story for so long. The thing is, I just went through brain surgery and was hospitalized because of it. I just got discharged two days ago.
After coming back, I tried to write the next chapter, but I wasn't able to. So, I decided to re-read the story to get some inspiration.
However, after reading the entire story twice, I noticed many wasted opportunities to develop it further, along with many cringeworthy moments.
I realized that, in order to start the main timeline of the LN (from chapter 40 onward), I rushed things and missed many excellent points where the story could have been better.
For example, I missed the opportunity to explore Veldanava's character more before his future re-entry into the story as well as primordial demons and others.
I could have included more stories of Rimuru interacting with the cardinal world as a primordial demon.
There were also multiple chances for Rimuru to visit other worlds just to have fun, but I also missed that.
The relationships between Rimuru and the other characters, among many more aspects, could have been explored in more depth.
After giving it a lot of thought, I've decided to rewrite the story. This time, I won't rush the plot, and I'll take the time to explore the story in greater detail.
So, what do you think? Should I rewrite the story, or should I just continue it from where it is? Based on your responses, I'll either unpublish the story and start over or continue as it is.
I'll wait one week for your feedback, so please let me know!
