'Not bad at all... That kick still needed some fine tuning, but his technique was almost perfect...'
I didn't think Naruto would be able to replicate what I had taught him in such a short amount of time. Especially to such a level, I guess Daniel's Genes are starting to take effect at a faster pace than I thought it would...
Still, I could feel my own smile forming. I was proud of how strong and fast Naruto was growing. He wasn't nearly as weak as he used to be, and all he needed was just a bit of harsh training to pull it off...
I quickly looked back over towards where they were, I realized that they dealt with the enemy ninjas quickly, not bad on their part at all. Not that the enemy nins were weak, from my senses, they were at least chuunin level, though, just barely above the average ones.
'... I think it's best If I get a bit closer, they'll be moving off soon...'

"Tazuna, you told us that there wouldn't be any problems, no enemy-nin in our path... Yet, we were attacked not even 20 minutes after leaving our home village." Kakashi looked towards the builder after deciding to speak with him alone.
Tazuna could only look down in shame, it was clear that he didn't have much of an excuse to get out of the situation he was in...
"In fact- I should heading back to the village just by this one single peculiarity of our situation. This, is at least a 'B' rank mission now..." Kakashi added.
"I... I understand that this is out of your duties. B-But, please listen... A rather dangerous man is after my life- You've probably even heard of him yourself..." Tazuna said.
Kakashi, despite being somewhat upset was slightly interested, he asked; "Who?"
Tazuna sighed before explaining, "His name... Is Gatou..." Tazuna finished. Kakashi's eyes widened for a moment.
'Gatou, as in the shipping magnate Gatou? Isn't he one of the wealthiest men to live across the 4 nations at the moment, what would he want with bridge builder?' Kakashi pondered.
"You're probably wondering why, right? It's because he's trying to stop the completion of the bridge... He's keeping my country... No, us poor, while keeping his business afloat, and the bridge being finished hinders his progress, which is why he wants me dead..."
Kakashi listened keenly, not really sensing any lies from the builder. And, after thinking for a bit, he finally decided...
"... We will protect you, at least until you get back to your country, that's the most we'll do, whatever comes next, well, that's on you..." Kakashi added.
Tazuna bowed, "Thank you... Really..."

'Of course... They just had to travel across water. This might take some time, but it won't be hard to cross, I'll just have to swim, if needed...'
I wanted to just fly over, but flight for me is a bit weird as of the moment, and it would blow my cover too... Looks like I'll have to settle for the latter option...
To not lose track of them, I activated my viral sonar, this should help me stay on top of them, while also seeing other ninjas, if that were to be the case.
I waited until they all went on the boat, and sailed away...
I even waited for another 15 minutes to be sure, 'This should be an good amount of time... Back to following them...' I took off my clothes, and took out another set I had bought, just in case something like this were to happen.
I quickly put on the spare, and placed my other set in a scroll and sealed it there.
'Well, maybe I can probably get some new quirks with any interesting creatures down there... Man I love my abilities...' I slowly climbed in, and followed after them.

After an hour, they had reached the land of the waves...
'This place is huge...' Naruto looked around, taking in the view of the docs. Everyone else stayed relatively quite, but still admired the view they were given, with the exception of the silver haired nin.
After a bit more traveling they had finally reached the appointed doc to stop...
"Thanks for helping us out." Tazuna added. The ferryman nodded, "It's no trouble... Good luck master Tazuna..." With that, everyone had gone off, while Tazuna directed them where to go.
After a bit of walking... Naruto quickly took out his kunai...

"Naruto?" Kakashi asked, he had heard a strange rustle in the nearby bushes as well, but was surprised that Naruto had reacted that quickly.
Everyone looked towards what Naruto had hit, and it was just a rabbit...
"It's only a rabbit..." Sakura spoke up, initially thinking it was a enemy, she calmed herself immediately.
"No... Don't you find that a little off?" Naruto chided.
"Not really, it looks pretty normal to me..." Sakura replied, while Sasuke on the other hand, kept quiet.
"Isn't it in the middle of spring? And look at the rabbit, it's pure white, that shouldn't be..." Naruto finished, still pondering the situation.
Kakashi walked a bit closer to it, and nodded, "Naruto is right... A rabbit of this color appearing out of its season... It's almost as if..." But before he could finished, Kakashi's senses had risen sharply, feeling the jolt of bloodlust.
"EVERYONE GET DOWN!!!" Kakashi, quickly looked towards his students, keeping himself low, as he turned he Naruto jumping and catching Sakura, just before the weapon had reached her. With Sasuke able to dodge on time as well.
Kakashi turned around, grabbing his kunai mid turn...
As everyone gazed upward, their eyes fixated on the sword firmly lodged within the tree, accompanied by a figure perched atop it as if it were a mere pedestal.

'That sword... His appearance... Momochi Zabuza...' Kakashi looked at the nin closely, not batting an eye. And immediately, he could tell, this ninja, was on his own level...
"Everyone stay back... I'll take care of this..." Kakashi said, his tone brooking no dissent. Knowing that if his students interfered, it could be an instant death for them...
'Shit...' He thought, he glanced towards Sasuke... 'If I don't use this, the fight will be a bit out of my pay grade...', he scoffed a bit, 'I'll need it.', Kakashi then slowly raised his covered eye...
