Anna sat on her bed laying her head slightly on the pillow without to much pressure humming a song she very well loved wishing it could cure all the pains she was feeling, it's just a month since she lost her mother but it seemed like it was yesterday the memories fresh in her head piercing her heart making it almost difficult to survive in this world, the only people she had left in this world was her dad and younger brother and she knew she had to be strong for them both she knew she had to be a mother figure to her brother who was only eighteen and turning nineteen in few months she also had to be that sister for him and a best friend he needed and for her dad she had to be of great support to him she had seen him break down but he'd still try to be a strong father for them both, she felt very suffocated even though the windows were opened and the cool breeze was evidently making it's way through the windows she needed to cool her head off, she walked out of her room to the dining were the only family she had left were sitting having a very quiet breakfast others would see this as peaceful but it was definitely far from peaceful "morning Dad" Anna said with a very beautiful smile hiding all the thought going through her mind " morning my dear hope you had a peaceful sleep" yes I did "morning sis" Luther said smiling at ear length, alright lu that is creepy I said with a smile calling him the nickname I had given him when he was five which he still loved so much, no it's not creepy I'm just so excited to see you this morning, alright kids you have to get ready for school" dad can you stop saying that I'm a final year college student and you makes it sound like I'm still in high school Anna said, ouch!!
