The treachery of their enemies ran deeper than they had anticipated, and the consequences of their deception had dire implications for both their mission and the safety of their team.

With his team reeling from the sudden explosion triggered by the disguised bandit, Lux faced a critical decision: pursue the fleeing assailant and risk further harm to his already injured comrades, or prioritize the safety and well-being of his team above all else.

In a moment of clarity, Lux weighed the options before him, his mind racing with the urgency of their situation. Though his instinct urged him to give chase and apprehend the escaping bandit, his commitment to the safety of his team ultimately prevailed.

**Lux:** "Fall back! Our priority is to ensure the safety of our injured comrades. We'll deal with the bandits later."

His voice firm with resolve, Lux rallied his team, guiding them to retreat from the battlefield and seek medical assistance for their wounded allies. Though the bandit's escape left a bitter taste of defeat in his mouth, Lux knew that preserving the lives and well-being of his fellow knights was paramount.

As they regrouped and tended to their injuries, Lux silently vowed to redouble their efforts in apprehending the Blood Brothers Bandit and ensuring that justice was served for their heinous crimes. In the face of guilty, his determination still remained unyielding, his commitment to protecting the village and his comrades unwavering amidst the trials that lay ahead.

The day after that, the villagers come to see the knight to know what happens to his wife and daughter in hope they save.

Villager:They still alive right?(sobbing)You guys can save them right?

Lux and his team still silent...

Captain Elara takes the villagers to some places. Then they heard very loud screaming and crying at the area that villager and Captain are.

The knight that responsible feels very guilty hearing the crying and screaming especially Lux.

Lux's heart weighed heavy with guilt as he grappled with the harsh reality of his failure to save the villager's wife. The burden of responsibility bore down upon him, each beat of his heart echoing with the anguish of his perceived inadequacy.

Amidst the chaos and danger of their mission, Lux couldn't shake the haunting image of the grieving husband's despair, his anguished cries etched into his memory like a scar upon his soul. The knowledge that his actions—or lack thereof—had resulted in such devastating loss gnawed at him, a relentless reminder of his shortcomings as a knight and protector of the village.

As he tended to the wounded and offered solace to his comrades, Lux found little comfort in their reassurances or words of encouragement. The specter of failure loomed large in his mind, casting a shadow over his every thought and action.

With each passing moment, the weight of his guilt threatened to consume him, a relentless adversary that he struggled to confront. Yet, amidst the darkness, a glimmer of determination flickered within him, a silent vow to honor the memory of the fallen villager and redouble his efforts to safeguard the lives of those under his protection.

In the face of his own shortcomings and the harsh realities of their perilous mission, Lux resolved to carry the weight of his guilt as a solemn reminder of the stakes at hand. Though the road ahead was fraught with uncertainty and peril, he would not allow his failures to define him, but rather serve as fuel for his unwavering commitment to defending the village and its inhabitants with every ounce of his being.
