Both Bee and Twist were shocked by 'Eiden's' words. It went without saying that neither of them had expected the young man to make a request of this nature. No. They hadn't expected him to make a request at all!
Perhaps the young man had hit his head against a block and mistaken them for valiant, caped crusaders!
Yet, Bee's eyes shone.
The look 'Eiden' gave her mildly scorched something within her; something black and sticky which she was always trying her darndest to keep in check whenever she saw a man she liked.
But no man had ever looked at her like this before. None had given her such an earnest gaze, at least before Twist or First Brother violently ripped them open, that is.
