My family's healthy life style
A healthy life style means having a healthy diet, doing physical exercise and taking regular sleeping hours. Health is the most important thing in life. So our family know that the value of health only when we fall ill.
Firstly, one good lifestyle for our health is getting enough sleep. Our body needs rest. Sleeping is the best way of resting. So our family go to bed early at night and get up early in the morning. In this way, we all try to get enough sleep.
Secondly, we should eat the right kind of food. My mother enjoys having organic fruit and vegetable. She always prepares nutritious meals for us. That make us strong and healthy. Moreover, we must avoid eating too kuch junk food and drinking inpure water. My family always have a healthy diet to keep ourselves fit.
Thirdly, we usually do physical activities every day to stay healthy. My mother does yoga at home for an hour a day. My father usually goes jogging with me in the park. Taking exercise is good for out health, exercise makes the blood in us flow fast and flow well to all parts of our body. It can reduce our stress and worries.
Moreover, we should clean ourselves, houses and surrounding. Every weekend the household chores like cleaning windows, sweeping the floor and cleaning our surroundings. We all take great care of such things, everybody in our family is always healthy and happy.
