Kanaru battled with two fingers that morphed into two thick whips with bladed tips. His steel gauntlet barely kept up with their speed. He was only lucky the white fire could scorch the fingers. If not, they would have wrapped around him for a crushing blow. When he missed a strike, he thought he would get pierced without mercy.
Bang! Another claw deflected the tip. However, the owner used his other hand to grab and yank on the whip. Bang! The next strike crushed the whip's width, breaking the tip off from the main body.
"Your Highness, please step aside!" The person said over Tori's harrowing scream. Another three winged soldiers dropped down and suppressed the rampaging limbs using their powerful claws and white flames. The person from earlier added, "Let us deal with this creature."
