Kanaru turned to face the other man. Exhaustion was visible on that exhausted face. His face even twitched as if he might throw something in frustration in the next second. The bird prince leaned his chin on his knees. "Lufian speaks to you? From so far away?"
Silence. Almani lifted his brows before chuckling at the sudden silence he received. The chameleon turned to smile suggestively at the bird prince. "Teach me about this silencing technique you have, sweetie. Whichever Lufian I speak about, they surely didn't want to upset you. I'm amazed."
"Whichever?"
"Perhaps Fenris did it without realizing it, but he must have intrinsically felt Lufian inside him all this time." Almani leaned his head to the side. "Sweetie, I'm talking about Lufian Neuskull. That thing over there… he has a name."
Kanaru's eyes widened. He brought his legs down and scooted to face Almani. "Wait, he… Why is there a nuckelavee inside him? How is that even possible?"
