Both hands healed overnight, and Kanaru figured that only unicorns could make things go away like this. It couldn't be Dio since the guy blatantly said he couldn't heal Kanaru. The bird prince only brought his hands down and recalled all the times Fenris could have touched his hands. However, he only remembered how Fenris woke up and glared at him as if he was nobody.
He then completely took the bandages off his hands. "I need to know who healed me. No one could have gotten inside Henrik's room, either."
"Wouldn't His Majesty heal you when he finds out? Maybe he did it." Eann finished up with Henrik's bandages and checked Kanaru's hands as well. "It's definitely back to its prime state. Even your cracked nails are perfectly good now."
"I don't think His Majesty can do that. I mean… he never touched my hands." Kanaru remembered how they were still wounded when Dio came that night. They ached so much that he even cried out.
