"What could make Pixie wanna kill herself?" He wondered out loud.
Barry brushed back his long, soft hair with his fingers. "That is a good question, Pete"
Pete titled his head, knowing there was more to Cari's illness than he had imagined.
"Pixie's cousins had talked about how she has been the topic of gossips among the girls, especially during the female trainings" Barry started and Pete listened attentively "She felt very bad about the crazy things said about her and everyday the bully never stopped"
"Didn't you know about this?" Pete asked, narrowing his eyes blamingly at Barry.
"I knew something was going with Pixie, but I didn't know it was a verbal bully" His voice was cracky, sad and low. "I was busy with the pack affairs and I didn't know something like this was going on" Barry said, looking emotionally pained.
"You should've asked her about it" Pete pointed out to him.
