"With this new body, I can transfer my soul into another person's body and control it like mine, and the best part is that, if I transfer into someone else body, I will still have to technique of the last body that I was in. This enables me to use multiple technique no matter the karma type, but there is one flaw to my technique....."
"He's blabbing, why is he giving us so much detail about his technique?" Ayaka asked. Tomura paid no attention to her are he keeps on talking.
"I don't know, but we shouldn't interrupt him. We should get as much information as possible" Kanade replied.
".... when I want to move into another host, the host must contain karma strong enough for my technique. If the host doesn't have karma, I'll lose all my previous technique and if the host does have karma but is too weak, the host dies. Now, isn't that a powerful technique, a great technique fit a great person like me. And one day, one day, I'll be able to use all the technique in this world" Tomura yelled, he looked at the sky and opened his arms wide like he was about to ascend to the heavens.
Kanade punched him with her metal fist, then Ayaka kicked him in his jugular and he crash into a trash can.
"I can't fight both of them" Tomura thought, especially since Kanade is with her. "That girl, they is something strange about her. That tail".
Tomura body started to spilt, his head begin to form another face, arms coming out of his back, it was there was someone else inside his body that is forcing his way out. It was disgusting.
"He was dividing his karma, thirty percent to to the brat with a cat tail and the rest seventy for Kanade." He thought.
Even though he knows he won't be able to defeat Kanade with just seventy percent of his power, he would be able to separate them and kill the brat then he will be able to fully use his full power, but he still needed more, more karma.
"He separated into two!" Ayaka yelled, pointing at Tomura.
Kanade knew what he was about to do. "he wanted to fight us separately"
Tomura and his clone smiled widely, "catch me if you can" He yelled and ran downstairs to the subway, while his clone ran the other way, and broke the glass door and went into the building.
"Ayaka, follow the clone. I'll follow the main body" Kanade ordered.
"Yes, ma'am" Ayaka yelled and ran after the clone.
"Ma'am?, I'll have you know I'm just twenty four.... Wait, now is not the time" Kanade ran down to the subway.
As Kanade jumped down she realized that she had just made a mistake, she should not have sent Ayaka after the clone, not because she was worried about the clone overpowering Ayaka, she was afraid of Tomura overpowering her. They must be a reason why he ran down here, but what?.
Kanade landed and quickly threw a punch but Tomura dodged by opening his head and her hand passed through it.
Why?, He isn't using his ability to the fullest, Kanade thought. Is there something wrong with him or is he just underestimating me?. How dare him?.
Kanade was someone who loves to show out and always wanted to do are best in anything she does, so she expects others to do same, at least when they were with her. And underestimating her was the worst.
Kanade angrily pulled her fist out and punched directly to the ground, aiming at Tomura as he tried to dodge by melting his body and slowly flows away.
Spikey flesh fell from the ceiling and Kanade reinforce her hand with iron, but instead of trying to pierce through her hand, it spreads and wrapped around her body trapping her in the middle. Some flesh fell down from the ceiling and covered the area, glueing itself firmly to the pillars, creating a barrier of human flesh.
"Soul transfiguration: human barrier" Tomura dictated.
"So, this is your plan?" Kanade asked. She knew something was off. The transfigured humans which Tomura had planted underground was still there, only one was used when Ayaka tried to attack, she had completely forgotten about the rest. The subway station was directly under, Tomura had lured her inside to trap her. "To trap me?, I expected a little better from you, Thomas. Or aren't you same person that we once knew?"
"You've changed since the last time I saw you, Kanade. Or maybe Yaze talkativeness had rub of on you" Tomura laughed. "Few years ago, you couldn't even talk to me with your face up. I remembered how you looked to the ground and cried if you're being forced to talk"
"What about you?. You used to be kind and helpful, you always helped me and Yaze whenever we get into trouble" Kanade said with tears flowing from her cheeks. "Please Thomas, come back. Yaze is miserable without you"
"Don't call me that!" Tomura yelled. "Miserable?, You're happy that I left, you forgot about me the very next week when I was replaced, it was like I never existed. Yaze despised me, our sensei despised me, everyone else did the same, nobody liked me, just because..... just because I'm not a supernatural like the rest, because I possess no karma, because my bloodline is cursed"
"But....."
"I was about to die, I called out to you guys for help but you didn't come to my rescue. You were all glad that I died, you all hate me. I won't forgive you for that, I will never forgive you"
"But I didn't, Yaze didn't, none of us despised you. We love you, didn't we promise ourselves that we'll be there for you?. What more do you need?. I actually... Lo.. love you"
"Don't give me that shit!" Tomura yelled. "Thomas is not here anymore, now it's Tomura"
Tomura walked to Kanade. "It pains me to end it like this. I knew you loved me all along, but you fell in love with the wrong guy. At least, I'm the last person you're going to see before you die"
Kanade stretched his right hand and was about to touch Kanade's cheek when he felt a sharp pain on his hand.
