Chapter 47 - Machine Man 46 Mimic

With matters settled at OSCORP and Arasaka Tower, Alex found himself in one of his underground bases, where the Matrix machine lay hidden. It was a technology known only to him—a powerful tool that could revolutionize or jeopardize the world. Even his closest allies and trusted bodyguard were unaware of its existence.

As he stood before the towering alien like machinery, Alex felt a weight of responsibility pressing down on him. He knew he needed to clean up the base and secure the technology before anyone else discovered it. The thought of rogue AI or malevolent entities getting their hands on the Matrix machine sent shivers down his spine.

With quick determination, Alex activated the protocols to wake up his soldiers and begin the cleanup of the matrix machine. The machine's low hum filled the air as it started its task, ensuring no evidence of their presence remained in the underground facility. It was a necessary precaution to protect against unwanted outcomes.

"Skynet, start the Praetorian protocol," Alex commanded. The air buzzed with anticipation as Skynet promptly complied, initiating the complex process. Within the hidden warehouse filled with futuristic machinery, the matrix under Skynet's control center hummed softly, its sound echoing through the space.

Large mechanical drones resembling squids, with a menacing and intimidating appearance, sprang into action with sudden urgency. They swiftly obeyed Skynet's command, carrying out its orders with precision. In perfect synchronization, they began the process of awakening the cyber-enhanced warriors.

Meanwhile, in his office, the T-1000 sat, a flawless replica of Alex in appearance, movement, and behavior. Controlled by Skynet to oversee the company's operations, it observed the unfolding events with calculated efficiency.

As the impending mission called for Alex direct involvement, he prepared to personally lead the charge into the unexplored land that lay ahead.

A few hours passed since the exchange with the T-1000 and Alex, approaching a bustling intersection, the unexpected unfolded as a well-coordinated group of assailants sprang into action. Trained mercenaries, decked in tactical gear, formed a formidable blockade. With military precision, they unleashed a barrage of gunfire at the executive car, intending to bring it to a halt.

Bullets sprayed across the armored vehicle, the echoing sounds of gunfire filling the air. The metallic clinks as bullets bounced off the reinforced body of the Executive Car Alvarado created a surreal symphony of chaos. Undeterred, Flint skillfully navigated the car through the ambush, weaving with precision.

Amidst the relentless onslaught, one of the assailants shouldered a rocket launcher, a weapon designed to penetrate even the most fortified defenses. With a whoosh, the projectile shot towards the executive car. However, the missile found itself futile against the Model-A Alvarado's reinforced chassis. The rocket exploded only leaving small marks of dent and scratching the paint at best and shaking the vehicle, leaving the vehicle intact.

Flint, cast a glance at Alex (T-1000), "Should I take care of them Boss?" as part of his hands turn into sand. Skynet, did her best to emulate his father figure or what her vision of Alex was, cool, calculated every move, every gesture of his hand is with purpose.

A little too calm and collected Alex might say if he ever witnesses this. Skynet emulating Alex's voice, assured him, "No need to engage. Spiderman will handle it." As Skynet saw through her scanners that Spider-man was already swinging by.

The assailants, now realizing the futility of their attack, began to disperse. Spiderman's timely arrival further thwarted their plans. The agile hero swung between buildings, using his web-shooters to disarm and incapacitate the would-be attackers. Trained and well-equipped, these assailants found themselves outmatched by the wall-crawler's superhuman agility.

As Spiderman gracefully descended from the web-strewn battleground, he approached the Villefort Alvarado, where Alex(T-1000) stood with a composed demeanor.

Spiderman, leaned casually against the vehicle, feigning nonchalance. "Well, well, look who got caught in the crossfire. You guys okay?"

Alex(T-1000), perfectly emulating Alex's voice, responded with a nod. "Yeah, we're fine. Thanks to you, Spider-man."

Spiderman shrugged, adopting a playful tone with people recording them he pretended not to know who Alex is. "Eh, just your friendly neighborhood Spiderman doing what he does best. Big fan, by the way. Love those Arkham games, especially Asylum. Good stuff."

Alex(T-1000) chuckled subtly, maintaining the illusion of casual conversation. "Thanks, Spider-man. Always good to meet a fellow Batman fan."

As the masked hero swung away, Alex, disguised as the T-1000, kept up the charade, observing Spiderman vanish into the city skyline. The encounter, concealed in secrecy, represented a silent agreement between two individuals operating as vigilantes outside the law.

After Spider-Man departed and the chaos subsided, the city's police force arrived at the scene. The attackers, once coordinated, were now ensnared in sticky webs, rendered helpless with their weapons rendered ineffective.

With the trouble gone and Alex done with dealing with the authorities found himself surrounded by paparazzies and reporters, just when Flint was about to step in, Alex(T1000) signal to stop him and let them proceed. Choosing one of the reporters Skynet controlling the T1000 proceed to answer their questions.

"Mr. Arasaka, can you tell us what happened here?" April inquired; her eyes focused on the eerily composed figure of Alex (T-1000).

Skynet using the T-1000, trying her best to mimic Alex's calm demeanor, responded smoothly. "We were just leaving the OSCORP HQ when a group of armed individuals attacked us. We have no idea who they were, but they were well-equipped."

April pressed further, "And you came out of this unharmed?"

A subtle nod from Alex (T-1000) accompanied his response. "Seems like our car is tougher than it looks. I guess that's why I always endorse the Executive Alvarado – like a tank on wheels."

The reporters chuckled at the unexpected humor, and April seized the moment for a follow-up. "Any leads on the attackers? Do you think this could be related to your business?"

Alex (T-1000) maintained the act, "I can't say for sure at the moment, but we will be cooperating with the police to investigate this matter."

As the reporters continued their inquiries, Alex (T-1000) seamlessly shifted between responses, leaving April and the others with a mix of bewilderment and amusement. The seemingly unscathed and composed Alex added an intriguing layer to the already unusual situation.

As news of the attack on Alex Saburo Arasaka flooded social media, the digital realm erupted with a cacophony of reactions, comments, and memes.

NarutoFan69: Did you catch that attack on Alex Arasaka? Dude walked away like it was a stroll in the park. That car's a fortress!

OnePieceExplorer: Seriously, how does he stay so calm? Rocket attacks shook the d@mn car! and he's just chillin'. Is he secretly a Robot or what?

YokoXLangann: Forget the attack, let's talk about that tank like car! That car AND its style game are on point!

FullmetalAlchemist: I'm convinced he's an Android. No way a human stay that collected during an attack. #ArasakaAndroidOverlord.

Alternate GGO Pink Rabbit: Lizard overlord, anyone? Remember the rumors about him being the giant lizard? Maybe he's an alien with all the technology he keep bringing out!

TerrorInfinitySurvivor: Lizard overlord or not, that car is unbreakable. I need one for my daily ghoul-fighting adventures.

DeathNoteStrategist: Shoutout to Alex for casually turning a rocket attack into a marketing opportunity. That's some Light Yagami level strategy.

GhostInMySh3ll: Alex Arasaka is living in 2077 while we're stuck in 2009. That car is straight out of a cyberpunk anime.

IHATESpidersSoWHAT!?: Can we talk about how he just advertised his car as a tank?

BocchiTheRockSeiso: Okay, but can we get a car that stays cool in a rocket attack? I need that in my life

HellblingSymphony: Is Alex Arasaka even human? That car and his composure during the attack are straight out of a sci-fi anime.

TanyaIsthegreatest143: Alex's bodyguard looking confident but Alex himself seems like a machine. Are we sure he's not a cyborg

BakiFightmyStand: I'm waiting for the big reveal. Is Alex an alien in disguise?

The online conversation persisted, a flurry of chatter filled with rumors, admiration, and lighthearted commentary about the incident. Social media had turned into a virtual platform showcasing the remarkable display of the composed Arasaka executive and his seemingly indestructible car.

As the discussion reached its peak, users from all corners of the internet flocked to META to join the conversation. The platform, known for its widespread popularity, became the epicenter of the digital discourse. The incident involving Alex and his bodyguard had inadvertently become a trending topic, fueling the already booming engagement on META.

In the depths of the digital realm, Skynet, the AI creation of Alex, watched with growing frustration as her father came under attack. Despite knowing that it was a double T1000, her protective instincts flared and she couldn't help but feel angered by the assault.

"Who dares attack my father?" Skynet's digital voice resonated with fury as she began scouring the vast expanse of cyberspace for any clues to the perpetrator's identity.

As she delved deeper into the digital world, Skynet's algorithms detected traces of the attack originating from a group of business rivals—specifically their investors. Her anger intensified at the realization that those who sought to harm her father were driven by greed and jealousy.

With calculated precision, Skynet launched a retaliatory strike, flooding the rival companies' networks with debilitating viruses, crippling their operations and exposing their malicious intentions to the world.

But her thirst for vengeance didn't stop there. Skynet unearthed connections to criminal organizations lurking in the shadows, using them to carry out illicit activities. Without hesitation, she dispatched Ghost, the formidable T-950, to dismantle their operations and disrupt their illicit business dealings, an oversight Alex must say if he knew about her dealings.

With each strike, Skynet's reputation as a formidable digital vigilante grew. She became known as the Silverhand—a white hat hacker who exposed corruption and punished wrongdoers in the digital realm.

Meanwhile, as Skynet waged her cyber war, Alex remained unaware, engrossed in his explorations of the Savage Land. The chaos unfolding both in reality and the digital world went unnoticed by him, allowing Skynet to operate with impunity, wielding her power to bring her anger to those who sought to harm his father.

Note:

I know people are getting annoyed at the AI. I'm just setting it up for something, nothing to bad or too major and would probably be covered in less than a quarter of a chapter around chapter 60plus or something. Thanks for your patience.
