As the students left the Conference Hall, Zedric and Skydon parted ways with Frizle and Lucas. Zedric and Skydon headed to their classroom, in the Senior High Year 1 building.
It's time for the last afternoon class of today - History of Planet Xivret.
As Zedric and Skydon settled down on their seats along with their classmates, the teacher for this subject entered with steady footsteps.
"Today we will talk about the Mana Inception Era of the History of Planet Xivret. The Mana Inception Era happened 3000 years ago…"
The History Teacher kept on reciting his lecture and magical projections flew around the classroom as he explained.
Zedric listened half-heartedly, his attention is spent on pondering about his system.
The system, for now, has two major functions, according to Zedric's analysis. Firstly, it records his stats, and overall personal information. Secondly, it helps Zedric learn magical spells faster than normal, by analyzing magic circles and symbols.
It's his first day in Planet Xivret, yet so many things occurred in a span of a short time that he seemed to set aside his interest in exploring the function of the Transcendence System.
He has to carefully plan his next steps ahead so that he won't feel lost or maybe even get stuck on an existential crisis as a Transmigrator.
The next thing he'll do would be to learn magical spells or train his current abilities.

As Zedric was lost in his thoughts, he broke out of his reverie when the school bell rang. *Riiiiiiiing*
That signals as the end of class for today.
The History Teacher dismissed the class and walked out of the classroom. The students fixed their belongings and the classroom noice resurfaced. Everyone followed suit and left the classroom one by one or in pairs, like Zedric and Skydon.
"Should we hangout on Internet Café now that class is done? I have free time." Skydon enthusiastically asked.
"Sorry, I'd like to focus on cultivation for now. Maybe next time."
"Okay, fine. It seems like you got motivated by the Dragons Arise Program that Moondragon Corp. is offering."
"Exactly, I'm hoping that I'll be qualified for it. So I'm planning to improve my cultivation dilligently from now on."
Zedric took the bus that will lead him back home. It takes thirty minutes from Azure Sky Academy to their house.
The scenery as the bus travels somehow made Zedric nostalgic. Though, he had to toughen up and quickly adapt to his new reality.
Zedric started pondering about how he could optimize the use of his system. He has to find a way on how he could get more magical spells in his arsenal, specially since his system could help him learn magical spells real fast.
He just got an idea. He can't help but feel excited about it. He cant help but anticipate and he can't wait to try what he just thought of.
Thirty minutes later the bus stopped on the bus stop. This bus stop is the nearest one to his home. Fortunately the memories he inherited helped him not get lost.
Their house is a two-storey western style house. Zedric entered and the smell of air freshener rejuvenated him. The air freshener is also mana-powered, by the way.
Zedric headed straight to his bedroom upstairs. His mom, Sofia Luiz, is probably still at work, and will arrive around six or seven o'clock in the evening. His dad, Ethan Luiz, works as a bodyguard of a certain influential person. He works 24/7 and his day-off is only 4 days per month.
Both parents work hard so that they could support the needs and wants of the family.
Zedric took a bath and had a change of clothes. After that he headed downstairs to the kitchen. He turned on the light switch of the kitchen lights.
He proceeded to the refrigerator, opened it, and inspected the contents in it. On the top, the freezer has processed food like sausages and meat, below are Tupperware containers full of different things and on the bottom are vegetables like cabbages, lettuce, onion, etc.
Zedric plans on cooking a dish for dinner.
Firstly, he picked onions, garlic, cabbages and lettuce. Then he also got a portion of frozen meat. He placed the frozen meat on the bowl and submerged it in water.
He began washing the onions, garlic and vegetables. He proceeded to chop these and placed them in separate bowls.
Next, he turned on the mana-fueled stove and heated the pan. A few minutes later, he poured cooking oil into the pan. After that he added onion and garlic, and sauteed it for a few minutes. Then he added the vegetables. He poured ¼ cup of soy sauce and teaspoon of salt. While the vegetables were being sauteed, he started working on the meat.
The meat is actually pork. Since the frozen pork has been thawed on water, Zedric proceeded to chop the pork in cube-sized portions. He then added these into the pan and started stir frying.
He added a teaspoon of MSG and a cup of water. Several minutes later, when the meat started to soften, Zedric tried to taste the flavor of the dish. His face lit up in satisfaction. He turned off the stove and removed the dish from the pan. His mom have these expensive looking plates that Zedric used to serve the dish.
As Zedric is busy working on the dinner, his phone suddenly rang.
*Riiiiiiiing*
Zedric picked up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Zedric, I think I have to work overtime today, just have a meal by yourself and sleep early."
"Yes, Mom..."
The call ended after, as fast as it came.
Zedric ate the dinner he prepared by himself.
