After falling unconscious from the dart shot into my neck, I woke up in a dark room. Where there was only a light shining down on me the chair I was bound to, the rest of the room an oblivion. Perhaps it was actually an oblivion, or just a trick that the light was playing on my eyes.
I hoped I wouldn't have to find out.
After the typical power play of making the person you kidnapped wait to be interrogated, a voice came from all directions. It sounded both feminine and masculine, while sounding like neither at the same time. If I had to pin it, it would be a robotic male voice.
"During the previous incident, SCP-029 escaped from its prison cell along with many other hazardous anomalies. After your interview with Doctor [REDACTED] was interrupted, you were escorted back to your own containment cell. But SCP-029 intrupted and took control over them. After a battle between you and them, the end result was both the MTF members deaths and the containment, and the both psychological and physical torture of SCP-029."
"During the battle between you and SCP-029, you also displayed a wide variety of your reality warping capabilities. In this interview, we are going to ask you about the exact capabilities of your reality warping. You do not have the right to refuse."
I was preparing myself for them asking me about my killing of the two guards, or the torture of SCP-029. But the foundation seemingly… didn't care?
Another epiphany, much like the one after I killed the two MTFs hit me—I wasn't the only one in this world that had experienced being weak and seeing things beyond my comprehension and control. They, too, were humans. Humans that couldn't shoot lightning from their hands.
Humans that, although as seemingly in control as they were, are simply mortal in a battle of gods and demons. They could mitigate this through the use of technology and understood and controlled anomalies, but they could never completely change themselves with their current limited power.
So, they would try and try to understand the world. No matter the methods nor the cost. As long as they bridged the gap between them and the gods one step out a time they would do it. So, in the face of a new anomaly that could potentially hold the secrets for taking another step, why would they care about a murderous SCP-029 that had no use for them or two mortal men?
The whole for the individual.
The same—almost—robotic voice sounded once more. Although I now knew why the questions were being asked now. "Our first question is simple. Is there a limit to your reality warping?"
If it was the me of before, I would have cowered in fear at the thought of the 05 council demanding information from me. I would have gave it all up. Because I didn't understand their purpose, their goals. Beyond that of 'secure, contain, protect'.
"I'd like my lawyer first," I said.
"You do not have the right to a lawyer under the 'International Anomalous Containment Procedure Act'. Nor the right to the first amendment, as we are a separate entity from any country."
"If I don't have the right for free speech, then I choose to remain silent. I will not give my secrets nor my help in any containment breach without a proper reason or obligation." Why would I curry favor with the foundation if it meant nothing would be gained by me?
"You do not have the right to refuse, this is the last warning." The voice said.
"Three strikes and I'm out? Well if you say so—the limit to my reality warping is as far as the sticks up your ass are. So infinite." I retaliated while not lying at the same time.
"Very well then." The voice said, although a clear tone of disappointment lacing it. And in the very next moment, I felt a tingling sensation. It then started to slowly increase in power, until it started to feel uncomfortable, and then minorly painful. In another few seconds it would undoubtedly be very painful.
Yeah… no thank you.
I did not only get the potential for mind magic from SCP-029, but also the potential to increase my physical resistances. But sadly not my physical strength.
The spell, {Eletric Resistance}, was made of the components [Increase Resistance To Electricity]x4 and with my speed of component creation being at roughly 4 a second, I could cast it before the pain and damage started to rack in.
Feeling a moderate amount of pain the moment before I cast the spell, it instantly disappeared afterwards. About ten seconds later, the voice spoke again.
"So your reality warping includes altering your physical being? Intriguing. But how far can it really go?"
The electricity around me started to rapidly increase in voltage. And after about a minute of it, I started to feel a tiny bit of pain again. So, why don't I simply get off the chair?
[Generate Force]x4 was cast in an instant. Slightly bending the metal. But in the next moment, the metal pushed itself into shape. Anomalous metal? Well then, if I can't push the metal, why don't I simply break the floor I was on.
[Generate Force]x4 was applied unto the very much not anomalous chair. Even if it was made of metal. Snaping it in half instantly.
Weird that only the cuffs were anomalous.
Wiggling out of the debris that remained of the chair, I dusted myself off before looking to the ceiling. "Now what? You tried to torture me by locking me in a electric chair for information, and now I'm free of it."
"Now that you are out of it, I wouldn't suggest looking at the creature who is guarding the door's face. He doesn't like that very much." The voice said, clearly talking about SCP-096.
"Ah, you mean the 'Shy Guy'? I've heard about him." Time to derial this entire conversation. "You… you heard about him?" The robotic voice finally cracked. "Yup! I've heard about 'The Peanut' who really likes you to look at him, 'The Plauge Doctor' who wants to cure the pestilence, I've heard about the 'Hard To Destroy Reptile' who is really quite hard to destroy, I've heard about the 'Gate Guardian' who guards the gate to the garden of eden, I've heard about 'The Rulers Of Earth Before Us' (SCP-1000) who used to rule the world but humanity overthrew them, I've heard about 'God' who is a really nice guy … and the biggest one yet," I monologued.
"I've met with the 'Scarlet King' before. Gave me my powers even. Quite the nice amalgamation of all hatred once you get to know him and his seven brides." That was my bargaining piece. Would they really risk angering the jolly purp- red giant himself? In fear of them wiping out half- the entirety of our universe?
Even if they could pin the blame of me knowing all this on my powers… would they risk it?
I would say no. They would not. One step on the path to the gods was simply not worth all of their effort being ended right now. Or they might execute because I was related to him. Who the fuck knows!
Deciding to add one final piece that would sway them further, even if it was another gamble, I spoke. "You can even ask God, he knows that, along with the Hard To Destroy Reptile, I'm not one of his own. But I am just as hard to destroy."
I was really laying it in thick, wasn't I? Maybe too thick.
Several more minutes passed in silence, the 05s probably discussing rapidly what the FUCK to do with me and my meta knowledge. It must have been incredibly shocking for a random bozo from who knows were to just drop their biggest secrets like that.
And I was all for it. Shock value for the win, am I right?
Eventually the silence came to an end. As the voice returned, although this time not so robotic. "You said you wanted to be a researcher, no?"

POV SCP-029
I was awoken from a pleasant dream, one where I met my new master and I apologized for punching him and he graciously accepted. And afterwards he gave me my first task to complete. Which I didn't remember the exact specifics of.
Scratching the top of my head, which was now growing a few very small strands of hair, I looked down upon my now white as paper body in disgust. The black spots upon my body signifyed the amount of tasks I had completed for my master.
As my first master, I should have completed a task for him by now. And as his slave and servant I should be ashamed I hadn't.
Soon enough, a guard of the facility me and my master were in (for unknown reasons) came in and began to interrogate me. For yet again unknown reasons she kept mentioning that I supposedly strangled many people to death. And even converted others to do it.
Why would I ever do such a thing?! Unless it was an order from my master, which it couldn't have because I only had one master.
Who was this 'Goddes Kail'?
