"So what do I need to do in order to use this crystal?" He finally asked, breaking the silence that had fallen over the room.
"You need to sit on the ground in a meditative position," she started to direct.
Standing from his chair, Nate made his way over to a clear spot on the floor, settling into a cross-legged position as she directed.
"Next, you need to close your eyes and focus on allowing the energy in the crystal to flow into your body," she said next.
Closing his eyes, Nate felt around with his senses until he felt the abundance of energy in the crystal. It pulsed with power, like a living thing. He began to direct its flow out of the crystal and into his body, feeling it seep into him like warm sunlight.
"Good, now shift your mind towards the area your cores are located and allow the energy to guide you," she said.
