I wandered around the stuffy room. The library of the castle was full of leather-bound books. I had never seen so many in one place. This library was probably bigger than the one in Zephara's castle.
Not that I wasn't interest. My mother had introduced books to me at a young age. I strolled along one shelf, allowing my fingers to caress the books, trying to decide on another one to browse through.
Lise had given me a short lesson on demon's. I was going to try to calm the human fears for demon but first I try to learn about their relation. Some of the books I had chosen were written in an odd language I was unable to decipher.
According to Lise and Zain, some of them dated back to a 100 years ago. I stopped in front of a book resting on a shelf. It was in pristine condition but appeared old. I reached for it and took it over to a table. It was extremely heavy, and the binding was beautiful.
