This book was an artifact that even a rank 5 mage like him could use to boost his power. Not only that but all the volumes of the books could gather together to create a super strong artifact that could even be useful for a magus.
But that was not something Rein needed to worry about for the time being as according to his analysis, this series should have a total of 13 volumes and all of those volumes needed to gather together in order to manifest the magus level artifact. And this city had at most only 4 volumes.
