Just as Ember finished saying those cold words in an emotionless tone, the ring on her hand began to shine with black smoke which soon covered her whole arm.

After the system's announcement, the black smoke that was covering her arm turned into a black mist.
The black mist then moved from her hand toward the assassin's wrist and wrapped around it.
"W-what the hell is this?"
The assassin asked and looked at the ring before looking at Ember who didn't answer his question.
"Do you think I am scared of you?"
The assassin raised her hand and punched Ember's already bruised face, but, it didn't have any effect on her.
She endured the pain and her grip on his wrist didn't falter.
"Huh? Let go you bitch!?"
The man punched her again, but, Ember didn't care and was just looking at his arm with an empty stare.
