The central base of the Association of Light.
Training center.
There were fifteen people gathered in this place, and they were all very young, seeming to be no older than thirty, but they were selected by Rafael to accompany Anton to South Korea to initiate an investigation.
Alexander was among the group because Anton needed someone with a lot of experience. Rafael would take his place, and John would be in charge of fully training the newcomers.
"As you know, we are not in a position to bring people from here to South Korea precisely because we do not know if the abnormalities from outer space will continue to come to us, and that is why we must be prepared at our bases." Anton, in a black suit, stood in front of the people who would accompany him to exterminate the parasites.
"The hunters are doing their job around the world, but we have received information that in South Korea there is a possibility that an organization of unidentified parasites is being attempted to be created, and precisely for that reason, they have sent me as the chosen one to exterminate that idea."
Anton's words awakened everyone from their tranquility. "These parasites have not fallen again after their sighting, but we know that there are at least 10,000 of these enemies around the world that must be killed as soon as possible."
"Is the threat only to neutralize any attempt to create an organization?" Jay didn't understand why this wasn't left to the monks and exorcists in the area.
Anton looked at young Jay and said, "My job is to analyze unknown dark entities and classify them according to their threat for elimination. We are the team sent to neutralize high-grade threats; we take care to explain in detail the advantages and disadvantages of said enemy so that our comrades do not have difficulties when facing unknown dark entities."
"Like product testers on the internet, that's cool." Jay was not used to being in such tense work environments, so he always tried to lighten the mood.
Alexander, who was at the front, said, "You have described it very well from the understanding of someone who does not know how we classify dark entities, but avoid speaking if it is only to add unhelpful information."
"Understood, it won't happen again." Jay became a little nervous seeing the seriousness of all these people; that was the downside of being with the veterans.
Anton focused on making them understand what this mission would be like; it would not only be completely different from many they had been involved in, but there were also the also the opinions of inexperienced individuals like politicians, high-ranking officials, and the country's interests involved.
Everyone just hoped to do their job well; any problem could mean many complications for numerous important people.
When Anton finished the meeting, everyone went for their newer equipment. "How have you been, John?"
"Anton, it seems like the world is in trouble again." John, who was fishing, looked at Anton beside him.
"The world is always in trouble."
"But there you are always; you are the Guardian."
Anton lit a cigarette and said, "That I fear, many foolish people to save me stir. If only they deserved to be saved, many good men would look without being able to achieve anything."
"To recognize good, there must be evil; we will not distinguish good people from bad ones if they do not all exist. At least we can recognize them before doing a good deed for them." John smiled slightly while fishing.
"Take care, John; I'll bring you something from South Korea." Anton said this before leaving this place and going to his father, who had called him.
