"This place would be..." Rafael looked around the room, with crosses on the walls and blood all over the floor, as if someone had dragged a living being through this place.
"What is this?"
Rafael looked at many children's things on the floor and said, "We barely have children living on the lower floors; where could the remaining children that should be here be?"
Anton recalled the information he knew and pieced it together with what was here. Somehow, the priest who brought the possessed girl to the apartment building in the center of Barcelona, where the demon most likely is, brought her here.
"Is that a door to the attic?"
Anton looked at the surroundings and said, "Apparently, the priest who took the woman was experimenting with her; what I don't know is if the Vatican was aware of this."
The evidence revealed that the root of the possession was a particular enzyme, which had now mutated and become an infectious disease, spreading through saliva and bodily fluids.
That's precisely why this dark entity is so dangerous, and that's why Anton was sent to this place.
Crack!
At that moment, Anton heard a noise and, as if it were a natural action, raised his weapon aimed at that particular direction where the noise came from.
"They are upstairs in the attic; how do we get them down?" Rafael pointed to the ceiling, not knowing exactly how to eliminate those who were upstairs.
Anton thought for a moment, looked at the three remaining grenades he had, and said, "I'll make a big hole in that ceiling; you'll throw the grenades, and we'll eliminate whoever is left alive afterward."
"That's a good idea!"
After handing the grenades to Rafael, Anton took a step forward and fired several times in the same direction where the attic door was.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The penetrating shots opened a huge hole in the roof of this building, giving Rafael the opportunity to throw the grenades through the hole.
"Everyone, get out now!"
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The whole place exploded three times, and some children fell to the ground; all of them were infected, which generated a wave of mixed feelings knowing that they were the ones they had to eliminate.
But Anton, with a cold and ruthless attitude, shot without giving anyone a chance to process what they were seeing.

He hadn't planned on leaving anyone alive.
Knowing how dangerous this method of spreading evil was, he had no choice.
As it was known, everything that comes from a dark entity must be eliminated.
Now everyone understood that meaning after seeing Anton's actions.
Anton, in this life or the previous one, has never considered himself a good person. He had fought to survive in both lives from a young age, and he had encountered a lot of darkness in his life, to the point where he could no longer distinguish good from bad. However, he also didn't consider himself a bad person. He was something in between, and he didn't want to change that.
He was truly a kind person to those who deserved it.
"Listen, showing mercy is optional, but having a kind heart and not harming these dark entities is something agents like you shouldn't have."
This was a harsh scolding for everyone.
No one could afford to feel emotions, much less now, so after the explosions, it seemed that everything was over.
"Rafael, clear the area and make sure everything is clean." Anton left the room to check on other areas.
"You heard him; move!"
"Understood!"
Anton walked a few meters away and stopped; it seemed that there were no more enemies right now. They would need to find evidence that was left in this place before leaving.
A few minutes later, Alexander came out with some documents in his hands and said, "Sir, it seems that the main dark entity has died."
"No more traces of infection?"
"Negative, they're all dead."
Anton nodded, went back, and began to investigate with the team.
What they discovered left them shocked. It turns out that the priest of this place began to experiment with the possessed girl, and with those investigations, he created the infectious virus from a dark entity.
That means all of this was caused by one person.
"Burn everything and let's get out of here!" Anton went downstairs after completing the mission.
