"Crimson King, perfect!" Anton joined his arms and formed a rune with his tattoos. At that moment, a heavy sound was heard touching the ground, and everyone began to smell something rotten.
Anton, who was in front of Rose, opened his eyes wide when he saw a horrendous figure in the corner of the room staring at them all fixedly. When that thing fixed its eyes on Anton, it turned its head to the side.
"I found you!" Anton looked toward the corner and smiled chillingly.
Alexander raised his cross towards the corner of the room and murmured, "Christ, give me power!"
Arghhhhh!!!
Crack!
Upon mentioning these words and pointing with a cross towards the corner of the room, Alexander was sent flying towards the wall with considerable force.
"Ahh!"
"Don't move!" Anton walked towards the corner and stopped in front of Rose, his gaze fixed on the demon that seemed to have many faces all over its body.
The appearance of this demon was horrible; it practically had no skin, and its muscles were exposed, dripping blood.
"Almighty God, inexhaustible source of all good, humbly I ask that, by the intercession of my voice, you bestow your blessings upon this demon that has caused so much pain and suffering," said Anton as he extended his hand that was bleeding profusely.
The aura Anton was releasing pressed the demon to the corner of the room, but at that moment, it felt as if darkness was surrounding it.
"No one must move!"
Rose, who had her eyes closed due to fear, didn't dare to make any movements.
By the time Anton opened his eyes, he found himself in a completely dark place; the floor was damp, and the sound of droplets falling from a considerable height onto the wet ground could be heard.
Anton, in the midst of that darkness, knew he was in the middle of an illusion by the demon, but without anything that frightened him, it would be difficult for them to cause him any mental harm.
"Do you think you can harm me?" Anton asked as he manipulated his divine energy to start illuminating the surroundings with particles of light.
Bam!
At that moment, huge hands emerged from the ground, trying to surround Anton's body, but in that instant, using the edge of his shining blue sword, he cut off those two limbs that had come out with the intention of torturing him.
He didn't know if the damage from this place would be reflected in his body, so he didn't want to risk being injured.
Joining both hands, Anton murmured, "By my guardian, who waits in the light, come and show the way to this dark entity."
"Noooooo!"
As if by magic, a warrior angel appeared behind Anton, wielding a huge hammer, and completely crushed the hands that were trying to reach towards Anton.
Boom!
Anton walked step by step towards the horrible-looking dark entity, his gaze fixed on its horrific figure, and said, "Though you may be a torment to people, you are insignificant to me. Die at this moment and return to where you belong."
"You'll pay for this!"
Clang!
Without the demon dictating a threat, the warrior angel behind Anton attacked the demon, who seemed not to know how to defend itself, and after eliminating it, the darkness seemed to want to linger in the air.
However, Anton wouldn't give this kind of opportunity to an enemy.
He made a symbol with his hands and said, "Father of all, creator and ruler of the universe, you entrusted us with your world as a gift. Help us take care of it and all the people, so that supernatural beings like these do not disturb the life you have given us."
After a few seconds, Anton opened his eyes and found himself back in reality. Looking at everyone who was still shocked, he took a deep breath to regain his composure.
At this moment, he wondered how much time had passed and what had happened to him during that time. The possibilities made him nervous, but analyzing the surroundings, he discovered that not much time had passed.
"It's all over; conclude this with some final blessings and send Rose home." Anton wiped the blood from his right hand with a handkerchief without saying anything else and left the house to get some fresh air.
Rose looked up, saw that everything had returned to normal, and wondered if that was all. "Is it all over?"
"The Archbishop has taken charge, so it's safe to say that everything is over. How do you feel right now?" Alexander hadn't been injured, so he approached Rose, but not too much to avoid making her nervous.
Rose looked around, and upon noticing that nothing else had happened, she said, "That thing is gone."
Alexander nodded, comforting Rose, but at that moment, he received a call from the base, so he immediately answered it.
"There's a special case in your area; two exorcist priests have died."
