As soon as the mission was completed, Anton's forearms changed, and two tattoos with a special symbol suddenly appeared.
This symbol granted him protection and invocation abilities simultaneously when he joined his two forearms, uniting the tattoos. It depicted a fire triangle with three radiant arrows below, representing the "Perfect Red King," the philosopher's sulfur. With this, Anton had a protective spell that forced spirits to manifest if they were hidden. Additionally, he could summon a guardian, which Anton currently didn't want to explore.

Anton, looking at his attribute panel, thought it wasn't too bad. At least now, he seemed to possess a useful skill that would give him the ability to forcibly summon any dark entity, giving him the opportunity to eliminate it. He hadn't delved deeply into the summoning ability; there were other things that currently caught his attention.
Ascending the stairs, Anton saw an elite soldier suppressing Charley, who resisted arrest while Amy tried to stop it. "What's happening here?"
Anton's cold question caught attention; the soldiers became serious, and one of them approached to report. "Guardian, this boy wanted to enter the basement to prevent us from eliminating the vampires, fearing we might kill his friend."
"Just for your friend?" Anton raised his gaze and stared at Charley, who was handcuffed.
Charley looked at Anton and said, without understanding, "Is there a problem?"
"Selfishness is a luxury many indulge in without realizing it. Do you think you have the right to feel distressed only for fear of losing your friend?" Anton signaled for the soldiers to release him and approached a bit more.
Jane, who had forced her way into the house, looked at Charley being confronted by Anton and remained silent. The situation might have calmed down, but she still didn't know what trouble they were in, so she preferred not to cause more problems.
"What right do you have to kill people who can be saved?" Charley raised his voice, asking with teary eyes.
Pum! Anton punched Charley in the stomach. His cold gaze made many feel suffocated, but Amy, who was standing by, immediately shouted, "What do you think you're doing?"
"Don't interfere, Amy..." Charley, who had fallen to his knees, murmured.
Ignoring everyone's stares, Anton took Charley by the hair, lifted him from the ground, dragged him through the house, and said, "I always recommend my soldiers to fight for someone special and set aside that duty to humanity. If we fought for people like you, many would question their duty as agents."
"Release my son this instant!" Jane, who saw her son being dragged, immediately lost her calm, but a female soldier aimed her gun at her to prevent interference.
Anton, who had dragged Charley into an empty room, yelled, "Open your eyes, Charley; look closely at what you have in front of you."
When Charley opened his eyes, he saw four soldiers' corpses killed by vampires, all of them with emotionless faces, and none of them had even dropped their weapons.
"What do you see? Tell me, do you think your friend has more right to live than them? The guilt of losing a loved one must be painful, but respect those who gave their lives for you." Anton threw Charley to the side, and seeing that everyone had calmed down, he sighed.
"This is what must be done. If we indulge in saving any human lives that are truly useful to save ten more, I will always prefer my soldiers."
Anton may not be cruel, but he was once a businessman, and he recognizes that a civilian human life over one of someone fighting against dark entities is more useful, provided it's the latter.
"Maybe you don't understand, but if you knew that thousands of people die every day just so all of you can have your shitty lives, then you'd know everything we fight for." Anton said, and before leaving, he looked at a silent soldier on the side and ordered, "Take these good men to the cars; complete the conclusion of this raid."
"Yes, Guardian..."
A man nicknamed Ludo walked towards Charley and said, "Don't blame the guardian. It's said that he would rather get hurt than lose someone on a raid, but even someone like him can't avoid that."
Charley nodded, looked at the corpses, and, returning to reason, felt ashamed. "I'm sorry; I wasn't considerate."
"Was your friend named Ed? There's someone by that name alive, so that should be your lucky friend." Ludo said as he left the room.
...
Outside, Anton walked towards an ambulance to have his shoulder wounds treated. He may have good regeneration, but he still needs medical attention.
"Guardian Anton, it has been discovered that the werewolf mission has been resolved by a civilian who, with the help of a retired hunter, has managed to kill the beast. Your mission has been completed; eliminating the ancient vampire has been a top priority, and now that the mission is complete, the Light Association sends you its congratulations. "
"Go to hell," Anton muttered as he closed his eyes, completely exhausted.
It might not seem like it, but this job had burned a lot of his personality, and he increasingly preferred to be away from people.
"Am I becoming antisocial? I'll probably be rejected by my fiancée." Anton grumbled with disgust, and seeing that everything had been resolved, he went to make his report.
