After one day in the Phoenix Tribe, Seth healed more than 50 beasts, proving that he could eliminate the scourge of the Jinx of the Phoenix from the tribe.
Each time he removed the parasite from the phoenix bodies, he did what he had done with Tinder, changing the creature's purpose from attacking beasts to attacking other parasites similar to itself.
By nightfall, several of these microorganisms had spread throughout the tribe and beyond, setting in motion something Seth himself hadn't planned.
Meanwhile, he had stopped to rest after working hard to help those most in danger.
Now, he was sitting around a campfire with his companions and the tribe's leaders.
