On the outskirts of the tribe, dozens of creatures with bodies more or less similar to the bird that had brought Seth's group there were sitting or lying around. They were gray in appearance, with the glow of their feathers faded, withered bodies, and sleepy looks.
Those least affected by the plague simply looked as if they weren't feeling well while acting as if they were exhausted. But the worst were unconscious, with small black spots on their wings and skin.
The most remarkable thing was these creatures' death auras. Even before they stopped in the area to examine their bodies, the people in Seth's group noticed that sinister feeling.
If nothing was done, several of these creatures at the first six stages of cultivation would perish!
Only the strongest of the tribe, the creatures at the 7th, 8th, and 9th stages, didn't seem to be affected by the plague.
