"Hi guys we've got good news for you" they said gleefully.
"What's the good news" Ernest said eagerly.
"Our team won and we were selected to be part of the team that will represent the school" they said in unison.
"That's great news, well done" they said giving them a hi five.
"How about you guys" Tesa asked.
"We will have our competition tomorrow" Ronald said.
"I thought you guys were supposed to have the competition today" Annie asked.
"Yeah, we were supposed to, but our coach received a call about an issue so we weren't able to have the competition, so we were just hanging around and practicing on our own" Ronald explained.
"That explains why I saw you guys at a distance when we having our final match". Annie added.
"Yeah". Ronald said.
Theresa's phone rings.
"Hi mum"
"Hi, how are you" Kathryn asks.
"I'm fine and you" Theresa replies.
"I'm also fine, are you done with the competition"
"Yeah, I have good news for you when you're back".
"Woow, I think I can guess that good news
"You'll definitely know, but wait when you are home, I'll tell you" Tesa said.
"Okay, anyway Nolan called, he said Casimir will close school at 3:00 so, the bus will alight him around 3:30.
"Oh, okay, then I'll have to hurry home it's already passed 3:00"
"Yeah, bye for now" Her mom said.
"What's up" Annie asked.
"I'll have to leave now to meet Casimir, the bus will alight him in 20 minutes so I'll catch you guys' later bye." Tesa said as she waved her hands.
"Okay, bye" They replied waving their hands back at her.
Theresa walks briskly to the bus station, fortunately for her she got there in a jiffy. She rushes into the bus to take a seat
In few minutes, she reached the house.
As she alighted from the bus, she sees Casimir school bus parking at the opposite side, so she crosses the road.
AT THE PARTY
"Rat-tat-tat" Tesa knocked on the door.
"There's a knock on the door, go answer it" Miriam yelled.
"Wait a minute, I've got to wash my hands" Beauty replies.
"Okay"
She quickly washes her hands and answers the door.
''I'm so sorry for keeping you waiting, you may enter'' the host kindly said.
''No worries I suggested it was because of the loud music''
''Not really, I hand to get my hand clean"
She steps in and grasps chair to sit on while Casmir goes closer to the birthday boy who is playing with the other kids.
''Here's a gift for you'' Casmir said delightfully as he stretched his hands towards the birthday boy.
''Thanks a lot. I appreciate'' he said.
Tesa goes outside the house
As she strolls through the neighborhood she sees a basketball court.
She tries to train herself for tomorrow.
From a distance tesa notices Ronald and his brother entering the house which was a bit surprising.
''What's he doing here'' she whispered to herself.
He also sees her and walks to her direction whiles his brother enters the room.
He mingles with the kids playing on the ground.
''Hii' Ronald said.
''Hello, how are you'' tesa said.
''I'm good''
''Are you related to the host's son? I'm a bit surprised as to why you're here; because you'll be having a match tomorrow''
'It's because my mum will not allow my brother to come alone''
''But he'll be accompanied by the driver''
''Yeah. It's also for him not to tell my mum about…

"You're trying to train for tomorrow"
"Yeah" Tesa said as she shot the ball into the net.
Then let me join you since I have a competition tomorrow.
"Sure"
"Come around, come around, it's time to cut the cake" Mrs. Smith, mother of the birthday boy, called out to the kids.
The kids came around in no time screaming with happiness.
"Calm down, calm down, lets sing the birthday song then we'll cut the cake"
"Wait mum where is Ronald" Beauty asks.
"He is outside, I'll go get him" Elis said.
