"I'm sorry for making everyone get so dressed up and then have to return home. You could have had your carriage packed for your trip tomorrow or be with your grandmother before she leaves with Victor. I am sorry," Alana apologised once more.

Dawson is most likely thinking of getting more dinner, Ian wants to sleep over, and I need to rest my feet after the damage Ian has done.
