Writer's POV
"Marissa", A feminine voice called from downstairs
It's was her mom
Marissa was applying lip gloss on her lips when her mom called
"Marissa" Her mom called again
"Coming", Marissa said loudly and picked her bag pack as she ran downstairs
"Mom", Marissa called as soon as she got downstairs
"I'm in the kitchen, sit, breakfast is coming", Mrs Miller said from the kitchen
Marissa dropped her bag on the dining table as she was about sitting her eyes locked with a pale looking figure,Her Dad
Marissa quickly looked away,cause it was pretty obvious that he has had alcohol this morning..
Soon Mrs Miller came out of the kitchen with scrambled eggs and Bacon
"Lemme guess Scrambled eggs and bacon, right", Marissa said,nettled", even before Mrs Miller could drop the plate
"I'll go shopping today,so it won't be Scrambled eggs and bacon tomorrow", Mrs Miller said with a smile
"Well you said that yesterday,and the day before", Marissa said slowly while eating
"Well this time, I'm actually going shopping", Hurry up, you don't want to be late on your first day to your dream school,I already packed your lunch ", Mrs Miller said and left for the kitchen again
Marissa couldn't help but smile again, She always wanted to be a Student of XANDER ACADEMY and now it is happening..
"I can't wait to meet new people", Marissa said to herself and took her bag pack
She didn't even finish her breakfast
"Mom, I'm going", Marissa said as she arranged her hair for the fourth time
"Already,did you finish your breakfast?", Mrs Miller asked as she walked into the sitting room
"I'm full and besides I don't want to miss the bus",Marissa said smiling
"How do I look?", Marissa asked her mom
"Smart and beautiful as always ", Mrs Miller said
"Run along,you definitely don't want to be late,and remember to make me proud ",Mrs Miller said with a smile
Marissa pecked her and turned to leave
She has already opened the door to leave when her dad spoke up
"I thought I said you shouldn't attend that school, filled with spoilt rich brats", Me Miller said
"Anthony language ",Mrs Miller said immediately before said any other thing to ruin Marissa Happy mood
"Go baby now,you don't want to miss the bus",Mrs Miller said smiling at her
Marissa waved at her and left...

Okay, I'm Marissa Miller, I'm 17 years old
I'm from United State of America,Texas precisely but we base in California
My old school got demolished by the government two months ago,so I applied in XAcademy scholarship exams and luckily I got in
I've no friends,cause everyone around me thinks my dad is crazy and doesn't want to associate me but hopefully I plan on making friends in XAcademy no matter the cost
