The Vice-Admiral looked up to the sky with a satisfied grin on his mouth and said, "Looks like I'm the strongest this world has to offer."
A bat walked out from under the rubble and transformed into Jack. The lightning storm had mainly been aimed at the bats that were flying. Jack had left one bat on the floor of the boat. He moved with a supersonic speed and grabbed one of the soldiers left on the ship. He opened his mouth and sharp fangs grew from his teeth. He bit the soldier on the neck and drained every bit of blood from the soldier. The loss of his other bats had left him devoid of strength but the level 1 soldier he drained the life out of had given him some strength. He launched himself through the walls of the boat and blasted the Vice-Admiral with the strength of three shotgun blast superimposed on each other. Vice-Admiral Rowland hastily summoned a lightning shield but the impact of the attack still threw him into the air. Jack wasn't going to let go of such an opportunity, he summoned his dark chains, one to pierce the Vice-Admiral in the chest, one to tie his legs and one to choke him in the neck. Instead of going on the defensive, Vice-Admiral Rowland summoned the strongest lightning storm he could muster to destroy his surroundings. The lightning storm attacked the Vice-Admiral but it also destroyed Jack's attack.
Jack was expecting the Vice-Admiral to destroy his dark chains. He only used that to distract the Vice-Admiral. He dissolved into a fog that spread all over the ship since it would not be noticeable because the morning was still foggy. The Vice-Admiral landed on the ship and was surprised to see Jack had disappeared. Suddenly, Jack appeared behind the Vice-Admiral with the nails on his right hand turned into claws he pierced through the left chest of the Vice-Admiral aiming to burst his heart into pieces but he was only able to pierce a few cm through his back because the Vice-Admiral had used lightning flash and side stepped to the right. The Vice-Admiral raised his right hand to the sky and summoned a red lightning and shouted with a voice booming with thunder, "LIGHTNING FURY." It was a single red lightning but it seemed capable of obliterating anything in its path. Jack moved back with a supersonic speed but the attack had locked onto him hell bent on obliterating him. He transformed into ten bats and flew into the sky. The attack from the Vice-Admiral killed five of the bats before it lost power. Jack transformed back into his human form weakened.
Vice-Admiral Rowland said, "Lightning is the bane of evil creatures like you." Jack stretched his back and said, "Don't act like my attack didn't injure you, you should have noticed by now that the wound is corroding and soon it will touch your heart if you don't take of it soon." Vice-Admiral Rowland said with a scowl on his face, "I only need to wait for Carol to be back, let's see how you'll fare handling two level three superhuman." Jack said, "How about we call a truce, after all you killed my partner." Vice-Admiral Rowland answered with a sneer, "I wonder how your partner managed to live this long considering how weak she is for a level 2 superhuman."
Jack looked at the sea for a moment and smiled and then looked back at the Vice-Admiral, "Don't you wonder why I'm wasting time talking with you when I should be trying to escape because your subordinate might come back at any time?" A blue shark suddenly came out of the sea and rammed the ship in full force. Jack ran to the edge stern of the ship and jumped onto the back of the shark. The shark said, "Why don't we both attack and finish him off now?" Jack said, "He still has an uninjured level 3 subordinate somewhere, it's not worth it, let's get out of here while we still can."
